Beach Place #101 - Get away from it all in this delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in exclusive southern Madeira Beach. With a prime location across from John's Pass Village, and easy access to the one of a kind tropical Florida beaches, here you will find comfortable living with every amenity. Free Wifi. There is one parking spot for Unit 101.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The 1,140 square foot condo opens up to a nicely decorated spacious living area complete with large screen plasma television. The well appointed, open kitchen provides everything you need to feel right at home, including all utensils, such as microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and more. The eating nook offers comfortable seating for six to enjoy a meal, or playing board games. The nice sized bedrooms contain two doubles in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom as well as televisions offering privacy and comfort. The spotless bathrooms with plenty of towels, linens, and extra pillows, are here.
The beachfront heated pool is a quick walk as are the many amenities including BBQ, and nearby coin laundry facility. A major highlight is the easy access to John's Pass Village, with its unique shopping, one of a kind restaurants, all on a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. During the summer there are often celebrations with music, art shows or a host of other popular events.
All guests have daily access to the office staff as well as services such as faxing, copying, and printing boarding passes. In those rare times where maintenance is needed, there is an after hours emergency on call attendant. South Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. John's Pass is a popular attraction with unique shopping, incredible restaurants, art shows, musical entertainment and a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk offering a fun experience for the entire family.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Building Managment Very Disappointing
The actual unit is very nice, however after vacationing at Beach Place for the past 25+ years, I found that the management of the building has gone downhill. The property isn't cleaned daily as it used to be, not even half the amount of pool chairs/loungers at the pool needed to accomodate the amount of people. All kinds of outsiders in the pool area (I hear they never change the entry code anymore). Kids whipping footballs in the pool, hitting other guests. No enforcement of rules (got hit with water being poured over balconies 3 times). No flexibility with early /late check in/out. Pool washroom is dirty and wet all the time and not checked during the day. The pool shower water barely trickles. A broken clock at the pool wasn't replaced showing the wrong time all day. Recycle bins are always overflowing and messy. They call themselves a 'resort' however NO one on site before 9am or after 5pm. The teenage/university kids are loud and cause nusances in the evening and you have to deal with with or call an "emergency number". Many nights it was like staying at a frat house. They are literally condo units with a pool now. No pride in their work. Building custodians spend more than 1/2 their day in the shaded parking area chatting. After 25 years I have never been so disappointed in the management of this property."

Small tiny ants all over stove and counter. No food left out on counter .we kept any snacks in refrigerator. Hair found in bed sheets and nubby sheets. Old carpet in bedrooms. Brown gunk around sink . Quiet - conveniently located. Elevators very slow - used stairs ."

"Beach Place Condos - #101
Pros - Great location. You don't need to drive much because every thing is so close. Right on the beach. Pool was nice, tables and chairs down at the pool were comfy. Added touch that there is some tables with umbrella huts for shade. The condo is large and very open. Kitchen had most things we needed (no pizza cutter but a knife worked). Couches and two of the beds were comfy for lounging and sleeping. They had our room ready early and called to let us know and was much appreciated.
Cons- They "additional items" you might expect are less than you would find in a hotel or Airbnb. No paper towel or napkins, no coffee or coffee filters, no salt and pepper or any spices etc. Not a huge deal but def plan on purchasing those things if you are going to cook in the unit. Biggest let down was 2 of the 4 beds. The first room's beds are unsleepable. One of our guests tried to sleep in one and said she would have rather slept on the floor. Could really use new ones. The sliding glass door didn't look like it had been cleaned in a few stays and the one side table was dirty but otherwise the cleanliness was pretty good.
Would come back and would recommend for all the pros!"

"Good time, nice location
Great location and nice room! No beach chairs or beach towels, so had to buy them here than giveaway at end of trip. Also range elements were all messed up so they wouldn’t sit flat, making cooking difficult. Having no guest parking is not great either.
These are all minor issues though, the place was clean and very convenient being a first floor and unit. We would recommend. "

We had a great time as usual we’ve been coming here for the past 20 years every other year to experience our family reunion.
I see that The public parking lot activity at night has changed I guess that’s that new age. We have another trip planned 17 July to beach place and I’m sure we will have another great time."

"Pape review
The people in the unit above ours were insanely loud every single day, all day long. They were constantly moving furniture. It sounded like thunder. We had friends over and they thought there was construction going on above us. We had a pretty bad ant problem in the kitchen. Ants all over the counter tops and stove. One of the showers was moldy. The maid at the end of our stay was super rude. The people in the office told us that we did not need to empty the refrigerator because the maids usaully take whatever is left. Our maid yelled at my husband and our friend's daughter when they tried to take some of our food out of the fridge. She told them she threw out everything and said she didn't want our nasty food and was in fact upset that we thought she would want it. We liked the area and the building, but we will probably not stay at this place again."

Perfect location. Wish there was more chairs and space by the pool but that was our only negative. Room was beautiful and updated. Beds were comfortable and couches were sooo comfy! Loved watching the bridge from our patio"

We loved our rental great layout and bed were fine. Kitchen was a nice size and had all that we needed my only complaint is the frying pans needed replacement has eggs stuck and broke. I did wish they had washer and dryer but it was right down the hall. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice place and location
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Only a few things I felt should have been in the apartment like paper towel, coffee filters,and maybe a bath mat for the tub floor. Everything else seemed to be included. We will come back."
