This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is bright, open and a short walk to some of the most beautiful Florida beaches, heated swimming pool and John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The full kitchen contains microwave, coffeemaker and stocked with all utensils ready for your cooking needs! The living room has new furnishings, a large flat screen Smart television and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun!
The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, and television leads to a spotless bathroom. The second guestroom has two twin beds, and television (no cable), perfect for a family or party of four. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts. Washer and dryer and free internet are included. This unit has NO telephone.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.
The added bonus is this unit is just steps to all amenities! You can be at the beach, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village in less than five minutes! Pets Not Allowed
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Overall the stay was fine per normal, however here are a few things needing or that needed attention.
1. We had to fix a toilet seat
2. Right rear burner of stove does not work
3. Couch is uncomfortable
4. King bed is very worn
5. Only had three spoons
6. Some dishes were put away dirty"

We love the location of the Madeira Norte condos. This condo was nice and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is the room wasn’t cleaned very well before our stay began. We did miss having the ocean view, but the view of John’s pass at night is still relaxing. "

"Ideal location
Nice apartment. The building is older and it shows in some areas. It looked like the roof was being repaired, which explains the water damage on the ceilings since it’s on the top floor. Basic necessities would be nice. We had a trial size Palmolive dish soap and 5 dishwasher pods, plus salt & pepper. We bought cleaning supplies because we clean during our stays and left them behind for hopefully the next guest. Tin foil, plastic wrap and other similar items would be helpful for those who don’t eat out every meal.
There was construction on the alley way between the building and visitor parking. The construction company had several spots taken up and access was limited to the parking. Barb from SunHost was wonderful. Our spot was one of the ones affected. She had not been communicated with as to where people were supposed to park, but she found a parking pass for us to park in the public parking next door. We did speak to an owner who had mentioned that we need to see the maintenance man and he would give us a pass. Same pass we got from Barb.
The beach chairs provided were all broken, as was the small beach umbrella. Lots of pool noodles though."

"Madeira Norte
We have stayed in this particular unit in the past, although it's been about five years since the last time. Unfortunately, the music from the Bamboo Beach Bar was played - loudly - every day, between eight and ten hours a day. The music was loud enough many days to be heard clearly through closed doors.
I did like being on the 5th floor and overlooking John's Pass, into the Intracoastal behind the pass. We walked over to the pass many afternoons to patronize one of the dining establishments located there."

"Grand babies first vacation
The water pressure was terrible, sheets and pillowcases did not fit, washer was extra small, patio door was so hard to open. I received 2 calls to do matinence on my vacation time, the last call I asked that they reschedule due to it being my last day of vacation. I feel the CSR rude stating that they was trying to get ready for check in the next day, that made me feel like my families stay did not matter. "

"Maderia Norte
Condo was very clean! We have stayed in multiple condos in Maderia loved this units location across from John's Pass and right on the beach. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful with quick resolution to issue with the door. Will definitely stay again!"

"Wonderful Holiday
We had a wonderful two weeks in our first floor condo. The condo was clean and well equipped. The area is lively with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We have come to the Madeira Beach area for years and have always felt safe. The staff at Sun Host are professional and knowledgeable . Will definitely return.

This condo was the perfect location right on the beach. The condo was updated recently. It could have been cleaned a little better. The elevator was old, small and very slow. The pool was not very big. The management company was great to work with. The property was kept clean. Overall I would rent again though. "

"Lindsay Vacation
We paid 1400$ for a condo. A week before we left we received an email that our condo was being sold and would being shown the week we were there. We got there and our pool was closed the entire time. Construction noise constantly going on. Our elevator was broken and the door wouldn’t function properly. "
