Surf Song #225 - Warm and inviting with a tropical feel, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Surf Song Resort is ready for your vacation memories. Close to beaches, heated pool, BBQ facilities, this newly renovated condo is also across the street for popular John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Inside, guests will enjoy an open living space, with new furnishings and flat screened television. The updated kitchen includes new countertops, and appliances and fully stocked with utensils needed for your stay.
The master bathroom has a queen sized bed, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The colorful second bathroom has two twin beds, television and perfect for families with children. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, so simply pack your clothes and toothbrush!
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Once you step out the front door, you will immediately within steps to all the amenities Surf Song offers. Especially popular with guests is John's Pass Village. This is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Pets Not Allowed
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Hurricane recovery
We are long time vacationers at Surf Song booked with Sunhost. This year was a different year for sure. Madeira Beach & surrounding areas suffered 2 back to back hurricanes 6 months ago. They have been working tirelessly to get all units back up and the grounds repaired. They really have done a remarkable job. While the vacation was not always tranquil due to construction we certainly understood it. The upgrades that are happening due to the destruction are beautiful. Enjoy you time at Surf Song & experience “Old Florida” at its finest. A+ to Surf Song & Sunhost! See you next year! "

"Clean, nice condo in need of a bit of updating
We've stayed in another room at Surf Song before, and found the complex well maintained. This condo (#225) is fairly nice and it was very clean. I would suggest that the bedroom carpets should be removed, and the microwave and dishwasher are quite old and loud. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and would return to Surf Song. The entire bottom floor had sadly been ruined in the hurricanes, so they weren't being rented, but the 2nd floor was fine. We were surprised that the pool was in operation, as many of the other resorts had had their pools ruined in the hurricanes. "

We would consider staying at this property in the future however we would avoid condo 225. Describing this as a "Large Updated Unit" is misleading. The security lights were right outside the bedroom window -- to room was never really dark. The condo was noisy -- I am guessing the constant humming and buzzing was from the A/C units on the roof. The living room furniture could use an update -- it was not comfortable to sit on. On the positive side we loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the beach from right outside of our room. Being directly across the street from John's Pass is a real plus for us. In 2022 we stayed in Condo 223 which we would consider renting again."

"Too Short but enjoyable
We had TV switch, remote and fan problems.Once we brought these to the Staff's attention, all was corrected within the hour. However, Air Vents are very dirty. I will not tell friends,it is too hard to reserve dates now. Let's keep it a secret "

"Family Vacation at the beach
My family and I have always stayed in Unit 225 and have always been happy with it. We always called it "our home away from home." However over the last few years we have noticed a decline in the overall condition of the unit. It is definitely in need of some TLC and some updates. The interior side of the front door needs a coat of paint. The couch is dingy and very worn. The mattresses are not comfortable at all and the living room definitely needs a BIGGER TV. "
