ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.


Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

On the 4th we went at noon. Keypad would not work, storming, 1200 miles from home with a 1 year old and tired. No one would help us. Office closed, no emergency advice (told us we don't know what to do) no maintenance. Stood there with luggage, screaming child and storming. Put a request in via email for emergency help. Never heard from anyone... Ever. We finally somehow 2 hours later got the lock to reset and open. We could not lock our door when we left due to afraid we couldn't get back in. Then on day 4 board of health came out and shut the pool down. 100 degrees out, no pool. Feel free to use the beach I was told. Ok .. what about accessibility issues? That's why we chose here and the pool. Any other pools we may use? Nope. We lost 3 1/2 days of pool and stuck inside for most of the day. $250 refund... That's it?! We have stayed here before, no problems . This was not a good visit. Oh and the elevator was broke. So the whole complex had 1 working elevator. She at one point said my frustration was "stupid" and I could hear small children screaming in the background, had it not been for another resident of the condos taking the phone from my hand and telling this woman he would assist me, we would have never gotten in that first evening. When I went to the office first thing the next morning, and expressed my concern, they didn't seem to be too alarmed only telling me to write a letter of concern. Well the very next day we were evacuated. Good news was we were refunded our money for those evacuation days and because I had purchased of our trip. Like I stated condo was nice but I would not work with SunHost rental company again.
