This adorable property is popular for couples while offering one of a kind views! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Guests will immediately notice this well cared for property has new furnishings, a recently remodeled kitchen, bathroom, paint and artwork. Sleeping arrangements include a very nice king size bed. As a (Property Management) managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay.
While this property is everything and more, it's prime location is why several guests make repeat visits year after year. Just a short walk outside the front door and you will immediately find yourself at the heated pool, and BBQ facilities. Walk just a few moments longer and you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
Surf Song 117 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Perfect location
Easy check in, great location, still some construction going on but it wasn’t an inconvenience. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it for a couple or single. "

"Condo Nightmare
Condo was dirty had mold in shower and in vanity where towels were kept. Condo had awful smell. dehumidifier ran constant and we had to empty it everyday! Appliances were all rusty even the toaster was rusty, Bed was awful! ordered a mattress topper from Walmart and it didn't even help. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor. After a hard rain we had to walk thru 4 inches of water right outside our door. No drains in courtyard at all. Pool was never cleaned or tested during our stay. All tables outside were covered with black mold and paint all peeling on them. Never would recommend this condo. Never will stay here again."

"Maderia beach is awesome
We love the area it is our third year here. Would love to go back with no online bookings so we could get more time at this resort without having to pack up and move to a different location

"Great location and beach views
Surf Song is in a great location to the beach, John's Pass and restaurants. The pool was really comfortable and super clean. Reviews said our unit was newly remodeled, however the shower and toilet were disgusting and decor was tired and did not match the photos. The office staff was not very friendly nor engaging when we stopped in for information. There was no management presence or monitoring throughout the week to check on things, thus most of the posted guidelines were ignored by the guests."

We love staying at Surf Song Resort. We stay for the location, and most of all for our friends and family who stay there too. I can honestly say that in the last 20 years we have been coming , our rooms have definitely needed some Updates, but most of all the BEDS ALL NEED NEW MATTRESSES!!!!!! "Relaxing vacation stay
We had a great relaxing stay at Surf Song. Our condo was the perfect size for us and very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Just right across the street from John's Pass as well. "Great location, easy beach access
The room was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. Pool maintenance was not satisfactory. Lounge chairs were dirty with lotion residue. Property maintenance was not up to par with what it has been in the past sadly."

"An Anything Goes Kind of Place
While it was an ideal location, we walked into the middle of a multi family vacation. A dozen kids were running around unattended all hours of the day and night. Our room was in the middle of theirs and the kids kept trying to get into our room. The pool closes at sunset but there was a party in it until at least 11:00 PM. Thankfully with the A/C and dehumidifier going it damped down the noise while in our room. We couldn’t sit out side because they took up all of the umbrella tables and had music blasting all day. If you’re looking for a nice getaway with your spouse, this is not for you."

The shower was horrible. Mats moldy and dirty, shower door tracks had mold and chunks of black. When we got there we dropped everything and went to the beach which was beautiful. We didn’t notice until we got back. Too bad because otherwise it was nice. FIX THE BATHROOM!!!!!"

"PERFECT

"Sun house 117
Will not be returning. Room did not have any pots or pans to cook with. Hair was found on pillow upon arriving. Shuffleboard was in need repairs. Could not play during the day due to sunbathers. One couple that was staying there smoked 24/7 and was the made shift manager of the pool area. Great location, pool a plus, but room and guest will discourage us from returning. "

Our rental unit was 117. I have stayed in 4 different rooms in my 5 yrs of coming to this unique gem of a resort. My experiences have all been great! Staff is very helpful. Maintenance staff is always on top of things. I really don’t have any negatives to give. "

"Love Surf Song
We've been coming to Surf Song for several years and always have requested unit #117. It's perfect for my husband and me. The only thing we were disappointed with was the shower floor and one of the shower doors. They just needed repaired, other than that everything was great."

We stayed in room 117 the staff was super nice,the room however was not,I always expect a place to be clean,but my expectations are very high with covid and all...the floor was not clean,the bed very uncomfortable and the air quality was terrible we set the ac to 75 however it never was 75 more like 78 also there was a machine of some sort maybe a dehumidifier?? It would fill up with water and we would have to empty it without that machine the room had a mildew smell we were never told about this machine and had to figure it out ourselves,the shower floor was so disgusting that we showered with flip-flops on and it felt like it moved as you stepped on it...the room was also yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!"
