At 1,340 square feet, this is the largest unit available and promises not to disappoint! Free Wifi Please note this unit does not have a phone.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The full kitchen has recently been updated and provides everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including coffee maker, microwave and fully stocked with all utensils. From here, you can look into the bright and airy living room, not to mention the incredible gulf views. Nicely decorated to compliment the gulf waters, the living area also offers a 49 inch television, plenty of seating and direct access to what may be your favorite location in the entire home - the balcony. No doubt you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this vantage point.
The large bedrooms, each with two queen beds and televisions, provide plenty of space for up to six people. Perfect for larger families or groups. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and like all SunHost properties, meticulously clean and ready for your arrival! Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
Walk outside and you are moments from all the attractions! Soak your feet in the clear gulf waters, swim in the heated pool - all just minutes away! John's Pass Village is also here, just across the street! At the "Pass" you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters, DeLosa's Pizza and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Pets Not Allowed
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Amazing place!
Prime location! Gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The unit could use a deep clean...baseboards were dirty and the bathroom sinks had a smell. But everything else felt clean. Kitchen was great and fully supplied with everything you could need. The property was under construction due to the hurricane damage. But we were still able to spend time at the pool and it did not bother us at all."

"Breathtaking Views
Sandy, who works in the office, and Scott, the maintenance manager, made our stay perfect. They were kind and cordial, and the resort was perfect. I recommend any of the rooms. We stayed in a one-room suite with limited kitchen appliances (no stove or oven or sink) and a two-bedroom with a full kitchen, and both places met all of our needs. We are booked again for 2026. I highly recommend it!"

"Our stay at surf song
We love our unit we have been in the same one for a couple of years I’ve been going to surf song since I was 14 several years love it here and would not want to go to any other property. They did updates on it when we came it’s gorgeous even tho it was my husband and I fir 3 weeks than my children and grandkids came for 10 days I prefer to stay in this unit even if they can’t make it we still stay in it cuz we love it so much"

"What a week!!!!!
Great room, great weather, great location etc. only down fall was room 242 was full of unsupervised kids running all over banging on our door and running the halls even prank calling out room phone. Security calmed them down July 3/4 but every other day it was crazy. I never even seen a parent. I spoke to office when I checked out and they said they don’t manage that unit it was a rental. Kids will be kids but this was uncalled for they could careless when we ask them to stop. Other vacationers on our floor even ask us if they were our kids so obviously they heard the running and screaming. "

"Relaxing Vacation
Our stay in unit 241 at the Surf Song was very nice. The condo was gulf front and had a beautiful view at sunset. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The living room, dining area and kitchen were filled with natural light and had very nice furniture and decorations. The check in experience was good, but when we checked out, the woman who took the keys was rude when we mentioned some things that should be looked at in the unit. All in all it was a relaxing vacation."

"Has to clean my own room
So excited to stay here for our girls trip we walked in the place was a little dirty looks like the carpet has not been vacuumed and God knows how long we spent a few hours sanitizing and wiping everything down slider was dirty and touch points were all dirty crud around kitchen cabinet doors hallway was very disgusting the entire time we were there nobody ever vacuumed the hallway!
Elevator was disgusting and got more dirty as the time went by never was cleaned very disappointed we also try to get a late check out just a hour or two and me or told we needed to get out pretty sad we have stayed here before and we actually loved it very disappointed"

Sitting on the balcony we could see the soffit was missing on the adjoining building as well as a gutter spout. The 2 palm trees were in need of attention as well. not exactly a pretty site when sitting out side."

"Absolutely loved it!
We rented this condo for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The view of the beach was amazing along with the perfect sunsets every night. The condo was beyond comfortable. We spent our days on the beautiful beach and walked across the street to Johns Pass every night for dinner. Check-in was so easy and the staff was extremely friendly! We would definitely stay here again!"
