Beach Place #203 - Make yourself at home in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in popular southern Madeira Beach and directly across the street from John's Pass Village. Unit 203 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place. This unit requires a $300 refundable damage deposit.
At 1,140 square feet, there is plenty of room to enjoy all that this rental property has to offer. The full kitchen is stocked with utilities, including microwave and coffeemaker, and leads into the spacious living area, complete with sectional sofa and 50 inch plasma screen TV. Both bedrooms contain two queen beds and television, offering privacy. As with all SunHost properties, this well maintained rental is immaculate and fully stocked with linens, extra towels and pillows. High speed internet connection is provided. No detail has been overlooked.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking rental. Beach Place is close to the beautiful beaches, big heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. There is no doubt you will make amazing memories here along one of the most beautiful areas in all of Florida. Directly across the street is John's Pass Village! Here, you can count on endless fun as the Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Great place for family vacation!
This is our second time staying at beach place (13th time at a SunHost resort) and it was great as always. We stayed in 203 Beach Place. The place was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was great. And view off the balcony is fun for the kids. (Although loud at times)
As always Sunhost staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept. The parking situation at beach place is always a nightmare and not well done like the other resorts. "

"Fun Family Time
The condo was nice and was close to everything we needed. Felt secure with access code required to access all areas. Our condo had a view of the bridge and the kids enjoyed watching the bridge open and seeing the boats go through. Only issue was limited parking...a unit that sleeps 8 should have more than 1 parking space."

"Winter get away!!!
Great place to stay but a few suggestions. We wish there was a garbage disposal in the sink and tv remote control in bedrooms so we could set the timer when we retire for the evening. A couple of extra blankets would be nice as my wife gets very cold at night. Condo was very clean and nice looking forward to next year."

"Do not stay here
This condo is very outdated. The beds are extremely cheap and broken down. For the money we paid to rent this condo I would expect it to be somewhat nice, however this condo was not. The location is very desirable but not this co do. "

Overall our experience with this rental was good. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 10pm, and our air conditioning stopped working on a day the office was closed, so we went a day and a half with no A/C."

"It Was OK
While this rental was in an excellent location, it needs updating. Carpets, beds, appliances all need to be updated. The fan in the second bathroom didn't work and the shower head in the ensuite bathroom was wonky. "

"The perfect place to stay
We came from Long Island, New York and had a unit 203 for a week. The unit was good, plenty of room, clean and tidy. The property itself was clean and in overall good condition. We had a partial sea view and a view of John's Pass Bridge from our balcony. The check in was extremely quick and easy. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The weather could be better but the rest was wonderful, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend staying in Beach Place Condos."

"Our favorite condo at Beach Place
We have stayed at Beach Place 4 times. This was our favorite condo so far. The only thing I would note is kitchen would help to have more baking sheets and large pans for the oven and a large stock pot. We just went to dollar tree and got disposable. Best beds we've slept in at Beach Place! The building itself gets too hot for our comfort since you cant turn the air below the 70's but we just bring a fan now. And of course....the elevator ughh....If you have stayed here you know...its hot and slow. We really loved the condo though! We will try to get it again next year. Thank you to the owners of 203 for sharing your home with us! "

"Family Trip for Spring Break
We had a wonderful stay here. The room was very neat and clean and spacious for 6 people. We love that it’s on the beach and right across from John’s Pass. Just one thing to keep in mind is that being on the bridge side and on the 2nd floor it can be a bit noisy at night with vehicles and foot traffic but it wouldn’t stop us from booking this room again. "
