This updated 940 square foot property provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The unit offers an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or taking in the scenery. Step outside on the balcony and you will be transformed by the million dollar view of some of the best beaches in all of Florida. The all new kitchen comes complete with granite countertops, newer appliances, maple cabinetry and is comes fully stocked with utensils for your convenience.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is spacious with 2 full beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. This is a perfect location for a girl or guy's getaway! The bathroom has also been updated and is meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is no sleeper sofa. Free WiFi. This unit offers ONE assigned parking spot. There is no additional parking spaces.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. The offices are open until 5 pm Monday through Saturday and until 3 on Sundays. This is a non smoking home.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Stay Away
Overall we went here for a softball tournament and stayed at Beach Place. We had about 20 families stay here. The location and the view were awesome. What was not awesome was how the staff talks and treats the customers and how they have an elevators that doesn’t work.
Checked in and was directed to the wrong building. Called and said code doesn’t work they gave me one and it got in and someone else was in room. Turns out it was the wrong building. They were just at closing time and the lady was very rude. So much she had to give me a new booklet and when she did said I am sorry for being rude.
Finally get to right place and met with an elevator and people waiting. One person says they got stuck in it another said it works sometimes. Didn’t think anything if it but that turned into the theme of the week.
Turns out an owner of a unit said they collected and paid for the elevator and told them it was working and the guy was mad that it wasn’t.
Called everyday the elevator didn’t work and every day the person in the phone was rude and said the elevator works fine. Kept sending the maintenance guy and he said I don’t know how to fix it I’m just here because they told me.
There were many elderly people and people that could not walk up stairs and it was an issue and no one from the office cared they were just rude and made excuses and said it worked. Many people had to carry luggage up flights of stairs.
To top it off came back and someone was in my spot and I parked in the staff spot which happened day 1 and the lady said to park there if it happens so I did. Came down a bit later to check to move and was greeted with a warning to get towed and went to my assigned spot. I went there and was approached by a staff and the guy started yelling at me that he’s towing my car. I asked for what and he said I am in someone else’s spot. My spot said a different "

One bedroom condo adequate. Older furniture with noisy mattresses. Bathroom clean BUT definitely need to move toilet paper dispenser - ridiculous location now. Almost impossible to reach.
Icemaker quit working on 3rd day - not worth reporting since we were only there 4 days."

"Family Vacation
Great location, great beach, lots of things to do at Johns Pass and you can walk to them.
The propertys beds are old and extreemly uncomfortable. Need to be replaced with new matresses and box springs, preferably queen size.
Needs more dishes, pots and pans, a matching set of wine glasses and 12 oz coffee mugs and basic Kuerig coffee maker.
The latch/lock on the balcony slider is broken and needs to be repaired.
The furniture in the living /dining area is old and outdated. Not enough seating for four people and very uncomfortable.
We would not be renting this unit again unless upgrades are made."

"Difficult to sleep on the small, noisy bed.
The location of the condo and beach view was exactly what we were looking for however, the furniture and decor is outdated and the beds were uncomfortable, too short and made noise as if they were made of plastic. The door to the balcony was broken and wouldn't lock. The elevator was in need of new flooring. "

In general the rental was very nice, But there are some minor concerns that I had
1 there were no garbage bags. We had to bring our own from home
2.there were no coffee filters ,we had to buy them
3.the beds were very loud. When ever you rolled over they squeeked loud.
Everything else about the condo was great. Had a good time,caught fish and ate well. Am looking forward to coming back in several months?"

"Great location, nice rooms, but always packed
This is our 3rd year staying and we love the location and the closeness to the beach. Our room is nice but the owners need to replace the cheap beds for the price they are charging for the rooms. The pool needs to be expanding for the amount of rooms they have and rules need to be enforced. My husband and son has a man who was a guest drunk and walking around the property butt naked and then we constantly had to fight about people double parking in spots making it hard for my other family to get out of their spot. Overall I would stay again unless they keep hiking the price up $400-$500 a week."

If you love John’s Pass, you’ll love the location. Condo was of nice size for 2 adults. Place was clean when we arrived. Decor could use some updating as furniture was pieced together. Elevator definitely needs to be updated, slowest, hottest elevator ever. The office Staff was just as nice as can be. Made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely return. "

"A beautiful vacation in Madeira Beach
Our rental experience with you was great.There were a few minor issues I would like to mention.The first bowl from your clean dishes was put away filthy.Probably a careless guest.The kitchen table was sticky and not wiped down.The table between the beds had something spilled on it that was sticky..Obviously not cleaned.Under head of beds was very dusty.None of this was a serious issue but a bit of a turn was a great location and we would definitely go back.A little more care in the cleaning would be good.Also please add a full length mirror.One bathroom mirror just doesn’t do it.Many people shop and need this.Also inconvenient when someone using bathroom and you only need the mirror."

"Neat, Clean and relaxing
Vacationed with our son and his family. The Beach Place Condos were located in a great spot within a 2 minute walk to Johns Pass Boardwalk where we had great food, shopping, etc...The condo itself was neat and very, very clean. We were in #409 and my son was in #209 (his was awesome as well). The kitchen was well stocked except for a baking sheet and oven mits. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The pool and pool area was very nice and they came around and cleaned up every morning. The pool is heated. We felt very safe as you need a code to enter the elevators and pool area. You have a private parking space for a car. Beach Place is only a short drive to a grocery store. Overall we had a wonderful stay before heading back to the snow covered mountains! Thank you Beach Place!"

"Amazing place right on the beach
This condo is amazing, right on the beach, and across the street from John's Pass. We were able to setup our stuff on the beach and come and go as we pleased. The unit is quite large and had everything we needed with a great view from the balcony. We didn't have to drive anywhere except to get groceries once or twice. We will definitely consider this same unit next year!"

Maintenance and cleanliness were great and staff were all professional. Our issues were with the condo itself. The bathroom is very small and awkward. All the furnishings appear to be from a thrift store. It is a lovely condo, but needs some decorating love."

"Fantastic Location and Views with a Few Minor Issues
The unit, location, size, and views are wonderful. Amazing sunsets from the balcony, directly across the street from John's Pass, and right on the beach. Pool was nice, parking spot was in the shade, and very easy check-in & checkout process. The only issues we had were the AC kept freezing up all week, the unit was very hot at times, and the elevator is UNBELIEVABLY slow and should be replaced. Otherwise it would have been all 5 stars and would probably stay here again!"

"Very disappointed! Good view...horrible accommodations!
Our room was filthy! I took pictures for proof. By the time we got everything unloaded and into our room, the office was closed and they are also closed on Sunday all day. I had already been told by the staff that if anything needed done but wasn’t an emergency to sit back and relax and call them when they are in the office. I’m not relaxing in filth. So we went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned ourselves. I also cleaned the bathtub drain, looked like months and months of hair and who know what else! There was a horrible odor coming from the drain so I also bought a diffuser and oils to cover up the smell. There was sand on the countertops, all over the floor, on the coffee table, nasty stains in the bedroom carpet, which also had not been swept. There was hair on the bathroom sink. This is just the tip of the iceberg! Worst experience with a condo rental ever!! When I emailed them and told them how awful it was, I got no response except a $20 refund. Thanks Sunhost ( Beach Place Condo). Also, staff wouldn’t even make eye contact when we checked out and we hadn’t even complained yet. They did not want to hear and did not ask how our stay was. Just said “lay your keys here and come back again”. Ummmm...no thanks! "

"Another Week in Paradise
Beach Place 409 is a great base for a couple on a Florida vacation. Great views and very relaxing. Convenient and well-managed, clean and friendly. Condo is a bit dated, but well-outfitted and has all the modern conveniences one would want on vacation. Great location with great dining and shopping options. We have been vacationing at Sunhost-managed properties for almost 30 years and have been very satisfied. "
