The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.
Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Spring visit to St Pete
The location and view from our room was perfect. It had all the amenities we could ask for. I could have avoided the Vrbo fee by booking directly with the resort, but you live and learn. The laundry rooms are very convenient and well located. We did not try the pool, but others that were there seemed to enjoy it. Will have to go in next time. Beach access could not have been better. John’s Pass although close is not noisy, except for the music from the bar is slightly heard during the day, very quiet at night. We will stay again and remember to book directly thru the resort."

The condo was exactly set up for two people. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the refrigerator had an ice maker. Location was important since we didn’t have a car and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere or took the trolley which had a stop right outside. The beach was the highlight of the trip. "

VACATION was great, great view, clean room and a nice bed. Check in was fast and friendly. I would recommend sweeping the carpet in the hallway more frequently than 1 time a week. Gets pretty dirty during the week. "

Have been staying at Surf Song for many years and have not been disappointed. It’s a family friendly resort that is right on the beach. Their pool is one of the best and great for kids. The units are comfortable and nicely decorated. We started going to Surf Song when our kids were young and now they stay at Surf Song with their young kids. "

"Needs some upkeep.
Great location! It was clean but a few things need to be kept up. The hotel type cards are gross. I didn’t want to take the elevator. Not a problem I took the steps. A couple of the lights were burned out... especially in the bathroom where the lighting is poor anyway. The towel racks in the bathroom are loose from the wall... I was afraid to hang anything on them. Hand soap at both sinks would be nice. All in all it was a good experience."
