Surf Song #222 - Here is your home away from home! Relaxing and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat at the popular Surf Song Resort. Guests will enjoy being close to everything, while enjoying all that a SunHost Resort property offers. Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free Wifi.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Step inside and you will discover a spacious, nicely decorated condo that keeps guests coming back year after year. The full kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to make your stay comfortable. A kitchen table seats up to four, and a small bar with two bar chairs provides additional seating. Newer leather sofa and television in the living area provides plenty of room for a family of four. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and flat screen television along with ample closet and dresser drawer storage space. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Like all SunHost properties, bathrooms are meticulous. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
A few short steps away is the heated swimming pool with table and chairs, BBQ facilities, and of course the beach is all here. An added bonus? John's Village Pass is across this street. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"#222 Surf Song -Great Location Unit
This was our second year staying at the Surf Song #222 which is the end unit on the second floor. Very close to be able to just walk out your door and down the steps and you are right at the pool and beach. The 2BR is large enough and roomy to be able to entertain several friends or family. The only thing that I would suggest is- that they replace the couch. You need to sit on pillows in order for it to be comfortable. Hoping that it can get replaced. Could also use some updated pots/pans for cooking. But overall, we loved the unit. "

Our room was really nice, great location -just down the steps and you are at the pool and beach. The only downfall was the corner sofa is really uncomfortable, needs to be replaced- but then again you are not in your room that much. otherwise, it is just beautiful. We loved it so much we are booked to come back next year. Thanks! "

"Nice place to stay!!!
The location of the condo was great. Located right across from John’s Pass was nice for a quick walk to some resturants and shops. You can’t beat the nice white sands and great beaches right outside your door. Condo was adequate with nice decor. Here is the 10% bad stuff: Kitchen essentials were poor. Plates cups silverware pots and pans appeared to come from a thrift shop. Nothing came close to matching. Pans were the lowest grade non stick which was all scratched up and peeling. Several lights were out in kitchen, fridge and recessed lighting over counter all ended up out. Ceiling light bulb in kitchen was flickering on and off so I removed the dome and tightened it but still had bad connection and failed a couple days later again. Cable was connected to light switches so by mistake hitting the switch which causes the cable to go out and takes 30 minutes or longer to reset. Big pain in the a$$. Bedding was also very thrift shop ish..... I don’t know if it’s possible to find a lower thread count for the sheets. Felt like you sleeping with burlap sac material.
Overall not a bad place to go. If there was a little more spent on these details it would have been a more pleasant experience."

"Labor Day Getaway
The views from this condo are amazing!! This condo was way more than we could have imagined! You honestly can’t stay any closer to the beach! One of the cleaniest condos we’ve ever stayed in. I’d rate this a 10 out of 10 for sure! This was our second time staying at Surf Song and will not be our last! They make you feel right at home. Doesn’t get any better than that! "

"almost great
My stay was good overall but the renat was not quit what i expected for the price,it could have been cleaner. had continuous problems with wifi and t.v. but the real problem was the manager of the property,she was very rude and unprofessional,and way to many rules. this makes it hard to have fun so keep that in mind. also they try to bill you after you leave for damages you didn't do. so i eill not rent or recommend renting this propery."

Overall good experience. Older resort but nice. Exterior needs upkeep as well as pool chairs and laundry area. AC must be older because there is a sign stating not to turn it below 72゚. Our unit was clean but our neighbors were complaining about big bugs. A lot of older people stay at this resort which offers quiet time but can also offer some complaining from the longer term residents."

"Location, location, location= GREAT VACATION!!
We stayed in #222. The views were incredible. The condo was clean & cute. Just right for a laid back relaxing vacation. The pool was perfect! There is so much to do and see in the John's Pass area. Everyone (other tenants and staff) were friendly and fun. The sunset cruise was spectacular! We had a fantastic time. The only thing i would change is to add a hot tub."

Surf Song is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in while on vacation. We had unit #222 and the view was AMAZING!!! We watched dolphins play in the morning and spent the day enjoying the beach only a few steps from our front door. The entire property was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly! Just cross the street for great food, drinks and plenty of shopping!!! We can't wait to go back!"
