Surf Song #238 - Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo close to all of the popular attractions in south Madeira Beach. Bright and spacious living quarters, with 43 inch television, lead to the outdoor balcony that provides nice side view of the gorgeous gulf waters. The kitchen is bright and cheerful and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone.
The master bedroom is spacious and includes one queen bed as well as one twin, making this a perfect spot for family of three. Kitchen utensils, linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with (Property Management) prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Of course, with all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
But what's a vacation without being close to all the amenities? Guests love the close proximity to the warm, gulf waters, white sandy beaches, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village, where there is something new to experience every day. Here you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's Number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Pets Not Allowed
ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.
Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.
Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

A great vacation as always, and so pleased to see the amazing progress to restore to its former beauty. We we're thinking placing some more tables and shade on the large patio area would improve it even more. I'm sure it isn't number 1 priority with all you have to deal with, but there were arguments over the one table....smokers claiming exclusivity, non smokers getting there early to reserve, etc etc. Also, we had 2 minor problems to request a technician to repair, and both were attended to in record time. We will be back."

"Our favorite place!
This is our fourth year staying at Surf Song, and it never disappoints. Love the location, the view, the pool is always very warm, and we really like the availability of the gas grills. I just wish the town of Madeira Beach would put up the Christmas street decorations up the week are there (Thanksgiving week) like they did in our first trip in 2020. The staff are always nice and courteous. See you next year! "

After we were evacuated for three days. It turned out wonderful. Everything worked great in our rental unit. It was clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was the mattress probably should be replaced soon."

This was our first time in this area of Florida. Very conveniently located and close to many restaurants, shops, and a few bars. Be prepared to spend some $$$+ on the meals and drinks. No need to rent a car, just uber where you want to go, it was quick and convenient to get a driver."

We always have a great time here right on the beach. What more can one ask for!! Johns pass right across the road, the inlet right there to watch boats, jet skiers, parasailers, dolphins and great seafood!! The condo is very well kept and the balcony with a beach view is all we want! Can’t wait till next year! Only wish rental prices could stabilize, before long won’t be able to enjoy this that we worked 30 years for!!"
