Unit 159F is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors, until December of 2025, possibly longer. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse are not available as of Jan 12, 2025.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing as well as for all other non-SunHost sites.
