 There’s sleeping space for six people at Savannah 1E, spread out over two master suites and an additional bunk berth. The first master suite has a king-size bed dressed in crisp white linen and faces a flatscreen television. A unique sunroom has built-in bench seating. You’ll find a spa-like, glass-enclosed shower and double vanity in the en suite bathroom. The second master suite also has a king-size bed and flatscreen television. The attached bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and rustic wood vanity. A twin-over-twin-size bunk bed sleeping berth is built into the hallway and will be a huge hit with kids of all ages.
 
 In the morning, take your steaming mug of fresh coffee out to your private terrace and watch the pastel sunset light up the sky.  "October Family Fall Break
 The trip was good.  Weather was perfect.  Food was good.  The condo was nice, but primary room stayed fairly hot even with A/C turned down as low as it could go.  Checked all balcony doors and they were closed and locked.  The other problem was our one assigned parking space.  We were only there four days and two of the four we had someone parked in our space.  This was very frustrating because one day we had to park several blocks away.  When you pay this kind of money you want to be able to pull right up to your condo.  They need to enforce the parking and issue tickets and/or tow.  Otherwise violators will continue to abuse it.  "

 "An Enjoyable Week at Rosemary Beach
 We enjoyed our stay at Savannah 1E.  You can’t beat the location if you like being close to the shops and the beach.  My husband has mobility issues so finding a property that is on one floor is very important.  Savannah 1E is on the third floor of the Savannah Building but has an elevator for easy access.  There are two entrances to the building. The back entrance has stairs but the front entrance opens directly onto the sidewalk in front of the building.  We loved being close to the shops, restaurants and coffee shops.  It was a quick walk to the beach. 1E has a dedicated parking space behind the building.
 
 The inside of the unit is nicely decorated and the layout was easy for my husband to maneuver.  It was very clean. It was easy to make ourselves at home. The small patio offered a view of the gulf which was a plus. The patio had  a high top table with an umbrella and 3 tall chairs.  I would have preferred a couple of lower, more comfortable chairs with a small table between.  The patio would have been more enjoyable had there been more comfortable seating. The description of the property indicates you can access the patio from both bedrooms, however, the guest bedroom does not open to the main patio.  It has a small cement pad without any furniture making it kind of useless.
 
 Savannah 1E had everything we needed. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the blinds at most windows were either difficult to operate or were completely broken. Most lining on the back of the blinds were torn and tattered. How strange that such a nicely decorated condo would have so many broken, unsightly  blinds. Hopefully they will be replaced soon.

 The location of this place was perfect! Gorgeous place with a beautiful view. Loved having access to the 4 community pools with a 2 minute walk to the beach. And side note, daughter left her AirPods and the company was punctual with response in finding them and getting them shipped back to us. "

 Great location, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Well  appointed rental, very clean. Bunk beds are for small children, not regular twin size. Most of all I have to compliment the management service. We had a small lock issue and someone was there immediately on Easter Sunday. The response to any question or concern was prompt and courteous . I have never experienced such excellent service with a vacation rental.  Condo looked the same as in the photos. Walkable location to the shops, restaurants and beach. Manager very responsive. Would recommend this property others and would stay here again. Unit was well stocked but I would recommend adding beach towels and beach chairs to keep in the unit for renters to use. Packing beach towels take up too much luggage space and renting beach chairs is an unnecessary additional expense when they could be provided at the unit. "

 Minor items:  range over stove is huge ( a few folks bumped head on it).   Smoke alarm sounded cooking every meal..??
 Shame there is no where to grill.

 "Bug Issue
 Property location was wonderful, right by all the shops, close to the beach.  We didn’t have any outlandish issues with outside sounds or noises as some others have had. We’re also traveling with a 5 month old and 3 year old. The property itself was well decorated and clean.
 
 The only issue we had were with bugS.  After the first night I had to kill a cockroach in the am by the bunk beds.  I notified management and they were helpful and told me the property was just sprayed and offered to have exterminator come.  We have a baby so we decided against it but I let them know I’ll notify them if it happens again.  The next time was a huge cricket or beetle or something in the bathroom. I notified them again but the only response I got was that they’ll be spraying the apartment after we leave.  I guess there’s not much they can do and not really much we can do as renters but I feel it just I notify any future renters be aware of our experience with bugs at this location.  "

 The unit was very clean, nicely appointed and spacious! Check-in process was very easy but the unit wasn't ready on time. The parking space right in back of the unit was very convenient and there were four bicycles with locks for our use. The unit was up one flight of stairs and there was an elevator nearby. The front door closes real slow and makes quite a racket when closing automatically but we soon got used to waiting and holding it to close quietly so as not to disturb the neighbors.
 The master bedroom is spacious and has a large closet with a few hangers. Bring your own if you have a lot of hanging clothes. There is a sun-room off of the master with bench seating which can be closed off. We found the master bath to be very nice with two sinks and a walk-in shower. We would suggest installing a couple of towel hooks.
 The second bedroom is much smaller as is the on-suite bathroom. We would recommend lining the shades in the second bedroom to provide more privacy and shielding from light.
 Immediately outside the second bedroom are two bunk beds which be great for young kids and there is a powder room immediately across the hall from the bunk beds.
 The kitchen had ample utensils, plates, etc but had limited room for dry goods as there is no pantry. Loved the Sub-Zero fridge!!!
 The family and dining area were wonderful and very comfortable. We had a little difficulty with the living room TV and suspect there may be a loose wire.
 The patio had a nice view of the ocean past the rear alley but only had three chairs.
 I think one of the best features of this unit was the location!!! We were just steps from five very fine restaurants and the front entrance was right on main street just a few yards away from the Pearl hotel.
 The access card provided for beach access worked fine every time and the beach was fantastic. We ended up buying chairs and and umbrella on the way to the unit from Fort Walton which was much less than paying the rental"

 The front door closes excruciatingly slow and then slams, so be patient early morning or late at night to avoid disturbing neighbors. Wish there was a keurig for faster coffee and individual customization (weak vs strong).
 
 For those flying into town, it’s a small airport with limited flight choices. You’ll likely arrive in town early and have to figure out what to do with your luggage until check in (promised at 5 pm but they texted us several hours early). The property mgmt office will hold your luggage so you can begin your fun before check in.
 
 This condo was perfect for us. You’ll love it. "

 the bathrooms were in bad shape since this was a million dollar condo..not only was it messy in construction, it had black mold in both bathrooms!!! I called the company for a credit and they responded "mold is typical in Florida"....and so you don't make sure it is clean before you have someone paying $7,000 for seven nights??? That is horrible in my opinion...the black mold was everywhere in the bathrooms...."

 "False advertising - sleeps 4 adults and two toddlers
 We rented Savannah 1e for a four night stay for our family of 5.  Our kids are 15, 12 and 10.  The twin beds are not actually twin beds.  We measured them and they were 13 inches shorter than the standard 75 inch length of a twin bed.  Two of our kids were too tall and one barely fit, resulting in us having to reshuffle everyone’s sleeping arrangements and no one getting a good night’s rest.  For this price point I expect that the listing is accurate.  The location is central and very convenient.  The unit backs up to an alley where the trash trucks collected before 6 am twice during our stay which was also unfortunate.  And finally, the unit provides one roll of cheap toilet paper, enough shampoo to take a shower and dish soap.  No soap for the dishwasher, which lead us to question how clean the dishes were.  Also, two of the nights we were there an alarm on the ground floor went off for several hours.  We contacted the property management, who responded the following day after another guest in the building figured out how to turn the alarm off.  We were excited about this vacation but there is better service and better advertising out there.  We would not rent this unit or from this company again."

 I have to admit that I am a little apprehensive when renting a place online. There’s usually always something that doesn’t match up to what is advertised.  That was not the case with this condo!  It was beautifully decorated with very high-end furniture and appliances. The beds were very comfortable...we slept so well.  We loved the location! It was super close to shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!"

 We had a nice stay at this unit.  The location is perfect for accessing the beach and shops/restaurants.  I do wish they had at least one larger pan to cook with as the largest skillet is 8”.  We like to cook dinner in so this was a challenge for us as a family of 5. Also, I had asked before booking the u it about the size of the balcony because I wanted to make sure it was the as large as the other balconies appeared.  I was told they were all the same size.  This balcony is very very small.  There is only a 3 person table on it.  So if that is important to you, you may want to go with something else."

 "Wonderful Family Vacation
 We have stayed at another unit in the Savannah, and this was the better one. We walked in, and the unit was spotless! Couch cushions turned up, TV on to relaxing music. Much cleaner than the other unit. The condo flows well and has great windows and natural lighting and several overlooks/balconies. It's so easy to go down the elevator, and you are right on Main Street. 4 bikes are available to ride. It has everything you would want. We had great communication throughout with 30A Luxury vacations and the unit owner.
 
 The only con to the location is that the garbage trucks will wake you up before you want to - around 5:12 AM Monday and 6:15 AM Tuesday. So just know that going in.
 
 Overall, we highly recommend this property! Would stay here again."

 We loved Savannah 1E. It was easy walk to the beach, into town and more. Bikes were easily stored behind the building. We appreciated having the parking space out back and the additional tag for street parking. It was noisy in the morning as the deck is in the back alley of the Pearl Hotel, so there are delivery trucks, etc. Lots of beeping but it didn't wake us up - just wasn't peaceful. This condo would be perfect for two couples or a family with littles. The twin bunks are deceiving in pictures -- they are not actually in a room but rather in a hallway so that would make bedtime difficult. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we need. Just don't count on the bunk beds for anyone over the age of 5! Everything was clean and it's very spacious in case the weather doesn't cooperate. Would stay again!"

 Was great.  At night there was a BAD cockroach issue.  I would go into the kitchen during the night snd turn on the lights and there would be 10 or so roaches on counters and walls.  We never felt comfortable using the cookware or glasses after seeing that. "

 "Nice place but VERY overpriced
 It was a nice stay.  We enjoyed the location and the amenities it offered.  We found out that we paid over $5,000 more than the unit below us and that was hard to swallow.  We felt we overpaid but when we found out by how much it was troubling to hear.  Overall, we were told that the unit needed extra time to clean and yet, the oven stovetop looked as though it was untouched.  We also had a challenging time with the door being locked.  While the management team was very professional, responsive and helpful, I do not believe we would recommend this unit to anyone because we over paid, BY A LOT.  The challenges of cleanliness were hard to overlook considering the amount we paid.  At the premium price, the unit should have been spotless.  We thank you for a great vacation.  "

 Awesome location! In the middle of everything yet, still very quiet and private. Home was very clean and very well stocked with all our needs. Publix delivered groceries within an hour, home/property manager was very responsive and helpful. The ONLY thing I would do differently is book my flights/stay more accordingly to check in/out times~5pm check in and 9am check out! Will return & stay longer!!  "
