Our tour begins in the main home, where an open-concept living and dining space boasts two walls of windows and glass doors looking out over the turquoise Gulf of Mexico. Neutral furnishings in shades of gray, cream, and driftwood allow the magnificent view to take center stage. The living room space features a modern gas fireplace, a large HDTV, exposed beams, and wide plank floors. Nearby, the formal dining space has some of the best views in the home, plus a convenient wet bar. Open the doors to the outdoor balcony, where you can relax to the sound of the waves, feel the sea breeze on your skin, and bask in the light from the pastel sunset each night while you sip a glass of wine.
The crisp white kitchen includes an iconic Wolf gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel farmhouse sink, and a premier coffee maker. Custom cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling, and thoughtful design details include classic subway tiles and vintage-inspired pendant lights over the island.
Four guest bedrooms feature king-size beds, HDTVs, and attached bathrooms with step-in showers. A clever kid's room includes built-in full-size bunk beds, one trundle, and an attached full bathroom. Upstairs on the top floor, a show-stopping primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, wet bar, and two oceanside balconies where you can watch the waves during the day or the twinkling stars at night. The primary ensuite bathroom includes a separate soaking tub and step-in shower.
Nestled between Oasis Cottage and Oasis Carriage House is a picture-perfect courtyard built for entertaining. If you chose to decline the vacation travel insurance plan, no refunds will be provided for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

"Family Fun
Great location for beach front. Close to town and restaurants. Not quite as big as it looks in photos but big enough for us, 7 adults and 2 children 4. Top floor bedroom has great views but really needs some curtains, at sunrise it is bright. Parking for 2 small SUVs or cars, large vehicles will not fit in garages! Overall a good place to stay. We would definitely recommend it. "

The Oasis is as close to a perfect location as you can have at Rosemary Beach. The house is well maintained and well equipped and the view of the beach and ocean are spectacular. No one in our party had any complaints and the carriage house allowed us plenty of room for our nine adults and four children. "

"Spring Break 2024
We love Rosemary and had a great time at Oasis. The house is beautiful, and the location could not be better. We loved that the 4 main bedrooms had king beds and en suites. The main house bunk room actually sleeps 4 - it has a small trundle too. (Really great bunk room for kids!) There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. In the kitchen, you will need spices because the house is not stocked with them. I would also suggest at least one more bar stool at the kitchen island. There are 3 but it could use more for a house that size. The management co. was fantastic! We had a couple of small issues (as you will with all houses) and the management co went above and beyond in promptly responding to make sure things were taken care of. (Really great staff!) Overall, a wonderful Spring Break for us! Thanks for the sweet memories!"

"Perfect Weekend
This home is beautiful, well kept, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the upper deck watching the dolphins in the morning with a cup of coffee and the waves in the evening. Perfect location. Hope to stay again soon."

Oasis Cottage & Carriage House is fabulous! The ocean views are spectacular!! The spacious home has 3 levels, multiple balconies (each with ocean views), luxury appliances, outdoor fireplace and much more. The property management team was incredibly helpful and were available day and night to answer any questions that arose. The online photos are only a small glimpse of this beautiful home! We loved every moment of our vacation!!"

"Girls Trip
We booked Oasis because of the gulf front view which was great! Even though Oasis was located at the beach access gate the house is very quiet. Oasis has plenty of rooms. We used the master, the room behind the kitchen, and one room on the first floor. We did not use the carriage house. We are a small group. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the town of Rosemary. The home is compact but it worked for us. We wish that it would have had black out drapes in the master bedroom-no drapes on the main window so an early wake up at 5:30am! Other than that everything was fine! It is a beautiful home! "

"Hello 30A!
We were fairly happy with our rental experience. We would have preferred to be able to access the property earlier, but got in at 5 pm as promised.
We only had 4 issues: one of the bedrooms did not get a sheet change prior to our arrival, the windows in the dining room were leaking in water when it rained (need to be recalled), the smoke alarm went off in the kitchen anytime we used the oven (detector is placed too close to oven and it went off with the least little bit of smoke or heat), and the microwave shelf is the wrong size so the door was difficult to open (microwave kept slipping back and under the shelf lip)."

"Beach front location
The house was very nice. The layout was not ideal. While the house sleeps 11+, there is only seating in the living area for 5 people. The house sits directly on the beach- great view, except the deck that directly faces the ocean seats only 2! A larger deck does exist but it is on the side of the house. To sum it up, the house does not have a space for a larger gathering (5 or more).
The house has 3 floors and they are basically all open to each other. Hence, noise, voices all travel directly from the bottom floor up to the master suite. There is NO sound proofing. Very loud if trying to sleep on upper level.
The courtyard is a nice space, but the fireplace wasn’t working so they brought in a portable one.
Comparing to other houses we have rented on the beach, this one provides the least value. Wish I’d rented something else since we spent a lot of money for the week stay!!"

"Not As Advertised
Great location. One bedroom was locked and the property company would not answer my emails and texts to open it. We had to double up on beds. The house is advertised as 7 bedrooms, but we only had 6. None of the fireplaces work, including the outdoor fireplace. The listing shows working fireplaces. One of the big attractions for us was the outdoor fireplace. Communication with 30A Luxury was non existent. You better read the app information carefully because that is the only information you will get. You will only get automatically generated texts and emails. One of the curtains fell off the wall. There were nail clippings in one bathroom. "

"Trouble in Paradise
Beautiful house, beautiful beach, great location. But...it was fall break for high schoolers and gangs of teenagers (30-40 in each pack) were running the streets, boardwalks, and beach. Jumping security gates and generally raising ****. Very scary due to the size of the crowd. You could tell these were affluent kids wanting to cause trouble. If security doesn’t fix things like this, the area will be ruined "

"Perfect Stay!
My family and I enjoyed a perfect week in the heart of Rosemary Beach at Oasis Cottage and Carriage House! The beach front location was ideal, and we easily walked to our favorite restaurants, such as La Crema and Cowgirl Kitchen.
The home was beautifully-appointed with new furnishings and was clean and perfectly maintained. It was in pristine condition.
Whether we were making s'mores on the patio or playing in the waves, we had no complaints about this gorgeous property. We simply cannot recommend this home enough. In fact, we'll likely stay here every year! We cannot wait to plan our return visit!
For those of you planning to stay here, know that the beach access is incredibly nearby. Walkover A is within steps of the patio of the Oasis Cottage. The location is so convenient. Also, know that the home has three stories. There is no elevator. That was not a problem for our family, but if you have people in your party who have difficulty navigating stairs, that is an issue to consider. There are, however, three bedrooms on the first floor, but the kitchen and family room are on the second floor. "
