Nearby, a formal dining table has space for ten. Around the corner is another comfy seating area, complete with soothing blue furniture, a mounted HDTV, and dramatic, ocean-inspired art pieces.
The kitchen is completely custom and totally distinct. Anchored by a unique, banquette island with an upholstered bench that’s surrounded by gleaming, grey-veined marble, the entire room is effortlessly chic. Sleek, Italian-made cabinets surround a luxe suite of Gaggenau appliances. The flatware and dishware are elevated to artwork behind glass storage cabinets.
Through the glass French doors lies the private cerulean blue swimming pool. Surrounded by grass, stone, and manicured tropical landscaping, this is an ideal oasis to cool off, catch some sun, or simply relax with a cocktail and a juicy novel in one of the lounge chairs.
Climb the floating staircase to the second level, where there are three relaxing bedrooms. The magnificent primary suite features a king-size bed, HDTV, walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and step-in shower. The primary suite is flanked on either side by two more bedroom suites, each with king-size beds, large HDTVs, balconies, and attached baths. This floor also includes a convenient laundry nook. On the soaring top floor, there are two bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. Each one features 2 queen-size beds and a twin-size day bed. Circular windows provide soaring birds-eye views of the neighborhood below.
Exclusive beach access makes any trip from Elysee Reunion to the gulf effortless— simply grab your beach towel and go. You’re also close to charming downtown Rosemary Beach for afternoons of shopping or a romantic evening dinner for two. Cancellations. Reservations may be modified, canceled, or shortened only if you provide timely written notice to 30A Luxury Vacations prior to the Cancellation Period Expiration set forth below. If timely modified, canceled, or shortened, the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee. In the event of modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any claims for refunds for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration must be sought solely through the vacation travel insurance policy offered by 30A Luxury Vacations, if such plan was purchased. If you chose to decline the vacation travel insurance plan, no refunds will be provided for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

"Perfect family getaway!!
We had such an amazing time staying at this house! It was perfect for our families (four adults, six kids under five, and two au pairs). Everyone had their own space. We had everything we could have needed available in the kitchen. The company was amazing at communication and anytime we needed something they responded right away. The beach access is very easy to get to which was a bonus! You are a very quick walk to shops snc restaurants - can’t beat this location. No complaints! "

"Summer Beach Trip
We had a wonderful experience at this home. We have stayed in this area for more than 7 years now and this home is one of the best. There was lots of living space for everyone to gather and all 10 of us were able to sit down and eat meals together. The hole is on 30A but there was no traffic noise and the walk to the beach is short with a private gate.
The management company was very responsive when we needed something. "

We immensely enjoyed the layout of the house. It was very comfy for our family. The pool is perfect size for littles.
Suggestions include exterior chime control (a must) - appreciate the safety but having ability to punch exterior button would be extremely helpful (especially at nap time for littles)
Spray patio for ants - hard to sit on side of pool without getting ant bites
Access to broom and/or swiffer would be helpful for daily cleanup. Not good customer service to expect guest to purchase broom, mop, swiffer (bit of overkill there)
Replacement of bulbs and exterior garden hose - maintenance should be all over those items
Ceiling repairs should be addressed - unsightly areas make house seem old and uncared for
Adding additional turf under palm trees for seating behind pool area would be a plus

Amazing, spacious house for our 12-person girls trip! Property management was super responsive. Even had maintenance guys out in under 20min when we called that the pool wasn't heated. Would definitely come back!"

"BOOK THIS HOME.
This home was just finished being built this summer so it is in immaculate condition. We did not have to bother the property managers even once as they made any information we could possibly need readily available in their Hospitality App, but we had so much peace of mind knowing they were only a text or phone call away. Finally, the private beach access made this stay the most enjoyable, giving us room for a large section on the beach to ourselves. Save your time looking elsewhere and book Elysee Reunion. "
