All of the beds and linens were so fresh and everything was just so comfortable. The only downfall was the size of bunks in second bedroom. My daughter is petite, and not a teenager yet, but it was even a little tight for her. I would not plan on putting any big kids or teens in the bunk area comfortably. The area is quiet and set back a ways from the beach and shops, but that didn’t bother us since we were there in winter and not frequenting the beach. It's nice to be close to the awesome coffee shop and other shopping spots. Biking around is part of the charm of Rosemary anyway. Percy's flat is a condo in the middle of a building and there is an elevator which is nice.. The sectional sofa is super comfy and a great couch for hanging out. The kitchen has the basics. The decor is bright and nice. However, there is a unit above you and unfortunately you hear every single step they take. There were people staying above us the entire week - they weren't being loud - it's just loud no matter what because the floors must be thin. Just annoying to listen to. Our biggest issue was with the mattress. It is an old spring mattress with a topper. The mattress is worn and bottoms out when you lay on it. I recommend the owners replace it asap. My back went out for the first time in my life after sleeping on it for a week. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with and responsive to messages." The property itself is in perfect condition, the pictures posted are 100% representative. The building is tucked to the back of Rosemary, which we liked. Very easy bike or walk to the square or Main Street. We heard some noise from upstairs but it didn’t bother us. The electronics were great, sleep machine in master was a nice touch. The bunks in guest are small’ish, don’t expect to fit teens! We made a bed in the front room on the couch and even that was very comfortable. The property manager responded to many of our requests, even a new blender for one we couldn’t get to work.
