The place came with some dish detergent and washer detergent. The one thing I wish it came with was fluffy beach towels. We did rent the chairs on the beach as recommended and that was great. Looking at the map, I was worried about crossing 30A to get to the beach but it was super easy. It’s a very small road there and the walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. Aside from that everything was perfect, and we definitely would book this spot again in the future just for my wife and I. The only negative if I had to pick was that the unti does not come with enough supplies (paper towels, dish washer fluid, toilet paper, etc.) the unit does come with one trash bag and one roll of paper towels but I’d expect it to come fully stocked but wasn’t a huge deal. The condo was nice, a few blips, but the 30A staff was prompt in handling them. Overall stay was lovely. Restaurants (La Crema, Edward’s, Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, Pescado’s) were all lovely. Kilwins (ice cream), The Sugar Shak (candy), and Charlie’s Cafe (morning treats) were all very close and in walking distance. The kids loved getting their sugar fixes daily! We rented a pontoon boat through Key Vacations (30A Pontoon rentals), and while our directions led us to an empty parking lot, and then on a wild goose chase, we finally made it to the correct location and our deckhand Kainan was awesome! The day on the water was exceptional! Overall, this vacation was a great experience, however, for those of us flying in from the North, having beach towel towels in the unit would have been nice. They took up a lot of space in our luggage. Also, having beach chairs available in the unit would also have been nice. Instead, we had to rent beach chairs which were very pricey. Being a beach house owner ourselves, these little perks make all the difference in the world to renters. Loved Rosemary Beach and would definitely go back."
