The LIVING AREA boasts a serene and calming blue and white palate, with a slip-covered sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a tufted ottoman/coffee table, and a large HDTV. The vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add a lovely feeling of spaciousness to this adorable space. Next to the living area is a FULL KITCHEN, with a central island that has seating for four— ideal for dining in or creating an impromptu workspace. Also on the island is a convenient under-counter refrigerator and a separate freezer, so there’s plenty of cold storage space. The full kitchen also includes a dishwasher, a gas range, and a deep, modern farmhouse sink. Over the island are three gorgeous pendant lights that perfectly illuminate the space. It also has a small refrigerator and freezer which are separate from each other. There is a connecting house that has a pool (not for use with this rental) but it was not used during our stay. The pool is right outside the living room window so I could see it being an issue if there were guests there at night but it was not used while we were there. The rental also had cable television and wi-fi. Both worked great for us. There is also a washer and dryer in the rental and washing pods were provided. My only complaint is the bed which was not comfortable for my husband and I. Everyone is different though, so our experience with the bed will not be the same for everyone. Communication was great with the property manager as well, they were just a text away. Overall a great stay for the price and would stay again." The coffee maker leaks water, the dishwasher needs to be fixed and the zero entry shower floods the bathroom. There were only two bowls and a small amount of coffee mugs. I found myself cleaning up and hand washing more each meal. There also needs to be better communication about parking, mention to guests that they need to walk inside the garage to open the garage door instead of using a code. And a note regarding how to work the TV would be nice too, we had to have the maintenance guy on the 3rd day show us. This is important for families with small children. The carriage house beds were vert comfortable and the location is great, it just needs a little TLC to make guests’ stay more enjoyable and less of a hassle." The apartment itself was clean and well decorated, but could do with a couple upgrades to make it even better: keep salt + pepper on hand, replace the mattress as it’s starting to wear down (note- this is a queen.
