The location of the house is perfect. We loved the living space updstairs and bedrooms downstairs. This is perfect for 1 or maybe 2 families, but a bit crowded for 3 moms and 5 teenage girls. The washer was broken and that was a bit of a challenge. The management company was very responsive and brought over a huge bag of towels since we could not do laundry. The kitchen was nice but small, and had very few necessities. Would have liked a wine opener and some salt and pepper. House was really nice - great layout great living room (big for everyone). There are a few things missing in the house - Smart TV setup in the secondary bedrooms, ceiling fans, etc...but they were small thigns that were more than made up for by the rest of the house. 30ALV was awesome to deal with - super responsive and helpful.
