If timely modified, canceled, or shortened, the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee. In the event of modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Any claims for refunds for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration must be sought solely through the vacation travel insurance policy offered by 30A Luxury Vacations, if such plan was purchased. If you chose to decline the vacation travel insurance plan, no refunds will be provided for modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

"Perfect for couples or families
The neighborhood and the house was perfect. We travel to a different city every year with 2 other couples and this was one of of our best rentals.
My only negative is check-in is at 4 and our flight got changed and we arrived to the area before noon and we couldn't get early access even though the house had been vacant prior to our arrival"

"Great house
It is an amazing house. It is comfortable and the location is great. We loved riding the bikes that were provided. The only thing is no beach towels or beach supplies were provided. Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"Favorite Seacrest House
We have been vacationing in Seacrest for about 18 years and this is one of our favorite homes yet! It was just so thoughtfully decorated. The photos do not do it justice.
How great that each bedroom has its own bathroom! And it was so clean upon arrival. Made it easy to relax. We loved the porch and the extra side room. We also loved the big dining room table. And the kitchen was awesome! We really enjoyed the large island. And the walk to the pool wasn't bad. The upstairs master was so comfy and roomy. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Great home!
This is the second year we have stayed here. It’s a great location, very clean, plenty of space. An area for improvement would be the TV system is frustratingly complicated. Yes, it’s a vacation. But we wanted to watch golf or breaking news and the TVs didn’t work. The rental company responded very quickly to fix the issue. The shower water pressure is a little weak as well. Again, great house and we will probably stay there again! "

The house exceeded our expectations. Just gorgeous and plenty of space for our family of 6. We were within a short walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The pool was nearby and the tram stop to the beach is right outside the house. Great place to stay! "

"Girls Trip Dream
We had a group of 11 women for a birthday bachelorette trip last week. When we walked into this beautiful home our jaws were on the floor! It is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, great layout for a large group and perfect location. The tram stop right outside the door and walkable to many shops, restaurants and the pool made it the perfect spot for our group. The management company was accommodating, helpful, and even let us have a late check out our last morning so we could enjoy our last moments before heading home. We can't recommend this highly enough! 10/10"

"Nice house
The house itself is very nice, well decorated and nicely appointed. Essentially has 2 masters, and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is nice. The common areas were comfortable to hang out. There were a few slightly loose floorboards.
We had a quiet week here prior to the peak Spring Break season. We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in, as the access code was different than the one given, but that was sorted with a phonecall. I would definitely recommend using 30A Luxury Vacations over VRBO or other platforms - we saved a few hundred dollars this way.
After coming to 30A for over a decade, we were very dismayed to discover that the beach access is now tightly regimented. On our first visit down to the beach, it was so crowded that there wasn't a place to put down our belongings. It looked like maybe only 100 lateral yards of beach available to visitors to Seacrest. Considering that occupancy in Seacrest looked to be only around 20-30% full, it's going to be a nightmare going to the beach when the neighborhood is full. And this seems to be the case for all of the little communities along 30A. I don't see how this won't severely negatively impact tourism. If I owned a property there, I'd be suing to change beach access back to how it used to be. For visitors, I would suggest coming in off-peak times if you can manage."

"Great House - perfect location
This house is decorated beautifully! The location is perfect-the tram picks up right in front of the house. The shopping and Seaside Sundry store was short walk to run a pick up anything we needed. Definitely will be back!"

This was a beautiful home that was in the perfect location for our group. We spent so much time on the back screened-in porch. We had plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms were spacious with walk-in showers. The big open kitchen was the gathering place. "

"A Great Experience at 165 Flip Flop Lane
We have stayed in this area for many years, but our best experience was staying at 165 Flip Flop Lane. Besides the experience of the home, the people at 30A Luxury Vacations were the most caring and considerate people of all my experiences. Not only were they caring, but they were on top of everything immediately. I must say that all the people we spoke with were always accommodating, especially one person in particular was the most caring. I must tell you that Claire had a personality of none other. She and all her colleagues are definitely an asset to the company.
I would text or call them about the decks not being very clean, or a chair slip cover missing, or the kitchen floor being uneven, and they were right there to take care of my concerns. Not everything is always perfect, but the unit was as near perfect as it possibly could be.
The people at 30A Luxury Vacations are definitely all "KEEPERS".............Especially that Claire."
