Julia’s open concept living room is furnished with a double chaise sofa, a couch and six chairs/stools surrounding an expansive coffee table and 65” flat screen TV. Play cards, relax or work on a puzzle while you watch football! The gorgeous chefs’ kitchen is every cook’s dream with a Viking range/stove, bacon grill and Sub Zero refrigerator. Just outside the kitchen is a brand new Weber Genesis II gas grill. Dine inside at the table or al fresco under the pergola! The first floor bunk room, featuring four full beds this room is sure to delight children from ages 2 to 102. Surrounded by whimsical but sophisticated fish wallpaper, giving the bunk room a cozy and fun underwater feel. The bunk bathroom features full bathroom just outside the room. Rounding out the first floor is a scullery that connects to the kitchen via a “hidden” door. There you will find a mudroom with ample storage, new large capacity washer and dryer, pantry and a powder bathroom. On the second floor, three bedrooms with extra comfortable king size beds feature en suite baths.
