This wonderful vacation home is perfect for a family vacation or a couple’s romantic getaway. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an under-the-counter ice maker, and a water view from the kitchen. There are porches/balconies with seating on all three levels, so you have a view no matter where you are. For the vacationer's comfort, all linens and towels are provided and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside from the beach. The first level has two bedrooms. To your left as you enter the front door, you’ll find a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. To your right is the second bedroom, which has a queen size bed and an attached full bath with a walk-in shower. This bathroom has a door to the hallway as well. The full-size washer and dryer are also located on the bottom level. The second level is home to a full kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with a 65-inch TV and custom sound bar. There is also a half bath for your convenience. Off the living room is a covered balcony with comfortable seating and great views. The third level master suite boasts both a king size bed and a full size murphy bed, with a divider for privacy. This suite also has a flat screen TV and a full custom bathroom with a walk in shower. When you open the exterior door, you will be blown away by the awesome views from the third floor balcony. This porch is partially covered, so you have the opportunity to relax in the shade OR get some sun, all while enjoying the gentle breeze from the Gulf of Mexico. This is also a prime spot to catch a phenomenal sunset view. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach are all nearby. Come stay and see what 30A has to offer!

The one that was very close to the house required you to walk through knee deep lake water to access the beach. I’m not sure if this is year round or just when we were there. The main floor had a spacious kitchen, eating area and family room. The 3rd floor had the master bedroom which included an additional bed for small kids. The house was literally across the street from the beach on the eastern end of Santa Rosa Beach. We were a 2.5 mile walk from Seaside Square so the kids could easily ride their bikes. The area was quiet and away from the "scene" at the Square! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony looking at the water! The management company was very responsive through the week as we had a few questions. Perfect for a large family or two families to share! Would definitely book again.
