The beach and water are lovely; the public stretch of beach isn't huge, but we always found a place to set up. We rented this unit and were grateful the management company offered a further discount. Once we were settled, however, we were glad we did not pay more. Cassine Garden is a surprisingly nice development but this unit is situated far from the beach. For half the week we were unaware the unit had laundry facilities -- the washer and dryer are in a locked shed on the back patio. This unit would be a much nicer place to stay with updated furnishings -- the couch is smaller than full size and the only other furniture for watching tv are two very small swivel chairs. The beds also need updating including the bedding. The one full bath is the only part of the condo that didn't seem clean -- the shower unit appeared to be painted with some material. All the bathroom fixtures must be original to the condo which I guess was built in the 1980s. Both decks off of the upper level have uneven boards and there is not outdoor furniture on the patio which is behind a tennis court. An investment of $5,000 to $10,000 in this unit is long overdue. We were very happy with Seagrove on the Beach Rentals and next time we are planning to visit the area we will call them first." The air went out during our 3rd night stay, they had someone come out immediately to fix! The only complaint we had, was it was definitely about a 20 minute walk to get to the beach- we have kids so that was difficult.
