Cancellation Fee of $150.00, CC Fee of 3%, and reservation Fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the remainder of the balance of sum cancelled. All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $45.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. If a "Rental Ban", were to occur during a stay, the balance of nights not used would be refunded... The bed was amazing. Complex is kept up well and the pool was delightful when we were able to get out. Pompano Joe’s, Boshamps, and Stinky’s Fish Camp in or near Destin is worth the drive. Still dreaming about all the wonderful seafood. And Captain Brian at Sail Away in Destin took us on an amazing dolphin and sea turtle excursion. We shall be back!" Candy at Seagrove on the Beach was able to find us another unit at a different property that met our needs. We were a little apprehensive at first because the original unit was picked based on location, ease of beach access, etc. She promptly answered all of our questions and concerns. When we arrived we found the unit was a happy accident. The location was perfect. The beach access it right across the street however, we ended up riding bikes to the Santa Clara beach access (super close) as it had a ramp instead of stairs. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again." We rented bikes from a neighboring bike shop and enjoyed the short ride along the bath to our reserved beach chairs and then further down the road to Seaside. The condo is cozy, but had everything we needed to wind down upon our late evening arrival, and to prepare breakfast before heading out in the mornings. We'll be back!"
