All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $45.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. After our trip there, I agree! Pictures do not show how nice it is. Very clean even for a place on the beach. Had everything you would want or need. For the record- I would stay here over all the big mansions near by, you get the same beautiful view and it’s quieter! It has so much potential but the condo building is poorly maintained. I don't think the stairwells and area surrounding the building have been cleaned in years--dirty, dingy and lots of cigarette butts marring what could be a lovely place. The cleaning crew needs to step-up their game. The tables, lamps, ceiling fans, blinds, TVs were covered in a think coat of dust. Half of the dishes in the cupboards had been put away unwashed which doesn't make for a good first impression.
