The condo we stayed in was located right off the elevator, which is convenient, but also lends itself to occasional noise from the hallway. We were not overly bothered by it. Had a coffee pot and a Keurig Lots of dishes glass & non-breakable ones so we ate on the balcony. I'm not big on the sun burning so I spent a lot of time on that balcony that was shaded and faced the ocean. Had coffee & breakfast on balcony every morning. View was wonderful saw dolphins most days. The King bed we slept in was very comfortable there was only the 2 of us so didn't use the others. All the furniture was comfortable. We did eat out at night we love the local fresh seafood. The building had a very reasonable gift shop we were able to get grandkids gifts right in the building and a star bucks you could get lunch or ice cream on the 3rd floor. We only had the ice cream but they also had food. The garage is covered so that was nice. Had Karaoke at night near the snack/ ice cream bar. We only used one of the pools it was good size and very nice clean. Had lots of chairs for sunning and a few in shaded area. The property was well kept. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the early mornings and later at night with the table and chairs. We will definitely be reserving “See Ya At The Beach” again. We were there for a softball tournamnet so we didnt have time to use all the amenities but nothing seemed over crowded. The stairs were close and convenient when we were in a hurry since we were only on the 4th floor and walk bridge to parking was on 3rd floor. Elevators were not bad either, just tried to avoid at check in and out times. There is plenty of things to do or eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to PBC! The location of this condo was perfect and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Getting from the parking garage to the condo was a bit of a hassle the day we arrived and the day we left with all of our things but it was minor. We had six people (4 kids and 2 adults) so it was a little tight with only one bedroom but we made it work. This smell continued to the outside of the balcony which led me to believe that this condominium has sewer issues. The room is right off the elevator which led to echoed backfires, drunken screams, and the reving of a true redneck waving his flags and gunning his car. All this pouring into your ears at midnight and later was accompanied by the ominous slam of a thousand doors. There’s not even a thousand doors in the condo, but there it was. One thousand slams just as you’re drifting off to sleep. But rest always came eventually. A peaceful drifting off to sleep with dreams of oceans and botanicals all to be interrupted at 9 am by the fire department screaming into your bedroom’s intercom that they are testing the fire alarms from Monday and on. This repeated message was accompanied by the scream of the fire alarm until you’re so thoroughly shaken that your only reprieve is to escape out of the building. But wait? How do you get out? Oh, by taking an elevator down, and escalator up, a long walk connecting you to the next building and then another elevator ride to your car. This was the easy way to get around by the way. I’ll forgive them for the stinginess of their amenities, which is by far the most penny pinching accommodation I’ve ever stayed at, but I can’t forgive the audacity to charge me around 2,300 for one week and to not even provide dish soap. Meanwhile the floors were so dirt, our feet turned black from walking around. 0/10 from me, but the Netflix was logged in already so there’s that. Also huge thanks to Terea, you’re fabulous. You need a raise for dealing with the owners. It had everything we needed from 2 bunk beds, a private room to ourselves, and a balcony overlooking the gulf. The balcony door was extremely hard to open and sometimes the front door had to be opened with your hip to get inside. Also, one of the towel racks fell off the wall. However the place was nice and the staff at the resort were very friendly & helpful (especially when we tried to find our room - it can be a puzzle getting around the hotel especially from the bridge that leads from the garage). The office was damaged by the last hurricane so when we went by there, it was empty; I wasn't told this. It was a shock to see it was just an empty building. I had to go to the resort and have the front desk clerk to give me temporary parking passes and to contact the condo realtor. I gave my home number when booking so the call with the electronic code to enter the room was delayed. That was completely my fault. The door pad is difficult to punch the code into as the number "1" doesn't work well. The cleaning lady even asked us to hold the door open for her because," the number 1 doesn't work right." We were provided consumable items provided:1 roll of bathroom tissue, soaps and shampoo in each bathroom,1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen as well as dishwasher detergent and 2 trash bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for cooking and dining.the coffee pot is a drip maker. We liked it so much that we purchased one like it when we got back home! We used the oven and the back right burner on top of the stove got super hot. So be careful of that. The dining table wobbled so we didn't use it. We ate at the bar or on the balcony. The door to the balcony is SUPER hard to open and close. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use. The view is amazing. The air conditioning is very cold. After the rocky start, we had a great stay. Plenty of room for our party of 5. The decor was beautifully done. The chair in the living area was super comfortable as was the sofa. Television has cable, but takes a bit of getting used to especially in the bedroom as the channels are odd. Once we learned to navigate the walk to the condo from the parking garage it was an easier trek. You have to go down in one building to go up to the condo.. its weird but not a deal breaker.
