Forever Young is a remarkable beach home located in the quieter area of Laguna Beach on the West End of Panama City Beach and is sure to make your vacation wonderful. With a spectacular outdoor space and eye-catching furnishings, this is sure to be an amazing vacation retreat.
When you enter the home, the downstairs open floor plan welcomes you into the home. The updated furniture and splash of color enhances the appeal of this home.
Located on the main floor, the spacious living room with sofa sleeper and vast dining table is great for family gatherings. You will find the updated kitchen with elegant cabinetry, updated appliances and granite counter tops adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped to prepare fabulous meals.
The first of three bedrooms is located on the main floor. This room features a queen bed with flat screen TV and its own private spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
The winding staircase leads you upstairs to a spacious living space with leather sectional couch with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. This is a great area for kids to play or watch movies.
Also located on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom gorgeously decorated with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. With access to the upstairs covered balcony enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the breathtaking sunsets or overlook the private pool while the family plays.
The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and a flat screen TV. There is a third guest bathroom located adjacent to this bedroom with a shower/tub combination.
A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use with a door leading out to the spacious pool deck and private pool. Relax and enjoy the sunshine or grill out for the family. The home features tile flooring throughout the home, private 2 car garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Pool is not heated or cooled. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets.

"Can't wait to come back!
Loved our stay at Forever Young! Super quick and easy to get to the beach, out of the hustle and bustle of the crowds, and close to Thomas'!!! Felt safe to let our teens go from the house to the beach and vice versa on their own. Pool was spacious and crystal clear! You might bring a couple of lounge chairs if you like to lay poolside, but layout of the home and pool area are perfection! Have already recommended it to family and friends who travel to PCB! Had a great time and hope to visit again soon!"

"Fabulous Location
The home is exactly as described, was very clean and the perfect location. A short walk across the street to the public beach access and a short ride to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the second story deck listening to the waves and lounging by the pool in the evenings. Definitely would recommend!"

"A Perfect Week
We loved every aspect of this house was perfect. We pulled a trailer to Florida and the garage area allowed us to store it all week. The pool area was perfect for late evening swims and the beach was about 100 yards away. This house will definitely be at the top of list for return stays. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions promptly."

"Lisa & our Forever Young Rental Were Amazing!
My friends and I booked this rental property for our senior year college spring break and enjoyed our stay so much! The property was nicer than most rentals I've stayed at before. Check-in and check-out were super easy, all of us were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the 2 minute walk to the beach! I'll definitely be contacting Lisa and considering Forever Young for my next beach vacation. "

Fence was locked the entire week. Called about on 1st day and was never taken care of. The back yard was infested with ants. Made swimming and sitting in back yard difficult. "

"Nice house, bad service
House was nice, spacious and close to the beach. However, the service of the rental company was non-existent. They for exaple promised to bring us cleaning equipment that were missing, but they never brought them. Also I had to wait an answer to my e-mails for days. If you have to cancel your reservation, you are not going to get your money back. That's very strange politics. I would not recommend this company, customers deserve a lot better service. "

"Vacation Rental
House was very nice and clean and just a quick walk to the ocean. Be aware that you only get four rolls of toilet paper. It ended up being enough for us (four people), but when we were running low and I requested more they told me we only get four complimentary rolls then we have to provide the rest ourselves. Usually toilet paper is included in the rental. They also don't provide dish soap (and only two dishwasher soap pods) and was told we'd have to provide it ourselves, but we just didn't wash any dishes. I thought it strange those things were not included in the price of the rental. Other than that we had a very nice time.
There really aren't a lot of attractions in the area, but we just spent time on the beach."

"Amazing house
We absolutely loved this place. It’s big and spacious for a beautiful trip. The rooms was so nice and the decor was outstanding. Kitchen was fully staffed with what we needed during our thanksgiving trip.
We loved the beach seconds away , kids kept going back and forth to it to play.
The only thing is bad about it that the pool is not heated. That’s the only minus in this. Because November weather was nice enough for us to hang out at the beach but the wind was chilly.
Over all the stay was 10+
Definitely will save this for further times of travel.

We had such an awesome stay. The location was perfect for us. The pool was amazing as well.
If I could have asked for anything it would have been more kitchen supplies. Baking dishes and a crockpot would have been nice just because they’re a pain to travel with. But nothing we couldn’t have gone and picked up at Walmart. "

"Forever Young beach trip was wonderful!
My husband and I came down to Laguna Beach in early October to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed at Forever Young and it was exceptional! The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. We could see the gulf from our bedroom balcony. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and read and look at the palm trees and the gulf. The beach access is only a few minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach and in the water. We both liked how quiet the neighborhood was. The pool at the house is definitely a great plus and the deck is a great place to sit and relax. We definitely plan to return and bring family with us. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Forever Young!"

"Loved the pool
Wonderful location and so close to beach access-no more than a 2 or 3 minute walk. Large pool for a rental house and very nice outside area around the pool. Only issue is the awkward steps from the house to the pool area and the sliding glass door was so heavy and hard to operate that we did not use it. House was clean and well furnished."

"Amazing time at Forever Young!
Our family had an amazing time at this house. We were able to walk maybe 3 minutes to the beach and come back to lounge at our own pool. The house had everything we needed and was quite spacious. Have already planned to return and shared the house info with several friends who intend to go as well!"

Forever Young was perfect for our family of 10. It is very spacious and will accommodate 10 people very well. We loved how large the pool was and the beach was so close. Management is super responsive. If I needed anything or had a question I just sent an email and they responded right away. I would definitely stay at Forever Young again."

"Great stay!
I have just returned from a week long stay at this vacation rental. The home was perfect for a family of 8. The house was spacious enough to accommodate plenty of room for all of us. Since I had 4 teenage boys, the upstairs set up was perfect for them to have their own area and had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was short and accommodated my 65 year old mother. It was a nice quiet family setting. Which is exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that the weather wasn’t warm enough to really use the pool. Obviously this is no fault of the rental. The property manager was great! She responded very quickly with any questions we had while there. If you are looking for a vacation rental with lots of space and close to beach, this one is perfect. Would highly recommend. "

"Great location and property
We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and had plenty of dishes if we chose to cook. The location was perfect! The pool was freezing so I think only one or 2 of our guest actually used it. The only complaints I had was there was one set of keys and no garage openers, made it hard with keeping the place secure but allowing everyone from our group to come and go as they pleased. Also was advised there would be 2 trash cans for outside and there was only one that was full when we arrived. Overall the property was GREAT and the staff is a pleasure to work with, so helpful and polite every time I spoke with any of them!"

"Great Location!
We stayed here the end of August and couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time. Beach is just across the road and not crowded at all!! The pool was nice to use if you wanted a break from the beach..very refreshing. The beds were nice and air conditioning worked great! Only complaint was volume on tv’s not working properly and it would have been nice to have a DVD player so we could watch movies. Neighborhood is a little run down in areas but we got used to our spot and it ended up being just fine. The property managers were great to work with and addressed any concerns we had right away! "

This property was so impressive & the pictures do not do it justice!! The house was so beautiful & the location was great. The beach was literally across the street & having a private pool was so nice for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property & will rent this house again. The only complaint I have would be the ants."

"June 24, 2017 stay at Forever Young
We rented Forever Young for our family for a week in June 2017. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Nice size pool. And the Beach is just across the street so you have the best of both worlds. A private pool and the beach! And you don't have to struggle to find a chair by the pool which you have to do at condos and resorts. Very family friendly. Because the house is located at the West End of Panama City Beach, you have fewer crowds, but are still close to Pier Park and other restaurants. We will definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful when we had any questions. We enjoyed a great meal at Runaway Island which is close by. Everything was fabulous! Thank you! "

"Fantastic Rental, Excellent Location!
I had some hiccups in squaring away this rental, but after it was finalized things went smoothly with the mgmnt office.This house was in such a terrific location, and you won't find a larger pool-I've looked at hundreds of options and many rentals this size have tiny kidney shaped pools.Our kids LOVED the pool & the distance to the beach was very doable even with smaller kids. We could hear the ocean too, view was limited but there is one so I was thrilled with that.Rental was very clean, AC works VERY well!!Had to call mgmnt about ants around the pool, there were swarms of them, a guy came out same day & sprayed and we never saw them again.EXCELLENT, you can't go wrong with this one!"

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean upon arrival and it looks exactly like the pictures posted. I was very nervous that the house was too good to be true and it would not look the same as advertised but it very much is! Only thing we would have changed was we had asked for the wifi password and had been given places to find it but it was not correct. I would recommend this house to anyone with kids looking for a family fun vacation to young responsible adults looking for some fun next to the beach. Also, the property manager had been very helpful and easy to reach throughout the whole trip."
