This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee is $175.00. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is on the lower floor. There are about 5 steps to climb from the parking area. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the unit door. No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking allowed on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA Master bedroom has a King bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area. Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds and a Full size bed with access to full bathroom in the hall Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! Flat screen tv with cable & private WI-Fi access *PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THERE IS NO EXTRA PARKING ONLY ONE VEHICLE WILL BE ALLOWED.

Lisa tried to work with us on possible solutions to what was a horrible start to our vacation. We did appreciate her efforts. The condo desperately needs a deep clean. The condo maintained a not-so-clean smell throughout our stay. The building could use a refresh. Some of the outside furniture was showing wear as well. The pros: The beach. It was busier on the weekend since there is public access on both sides of the condo, but at this time of year was less crowded. Being close to stores & restaurants was a plus. It is literally on the beach - walk down the deck steps and you're there - easy to get all your beach gear to your spot daily - there are even 2 outdoor showers/hose hookups on the deck to rinse off sand. Just FYI some units similar to this we've rented in the past include extras like TP, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen soap, etc - this one did not so come prepared. Super convenient parking right out the back door with a ramp to lug your belongs from car to unit. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this surpassed my expectations - super clean and tidy!
