Located just a short distance from the beach, with beach access behind the pool, 3 Dinghy offers easy access to the sand and surf, while also being close to the amenities of Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. For added convenience, a free door-to-door shuttle service is available in the area from March to October.
This property includes a private heated pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The pool and spa feature a gas heater and can be heated for an additional charge depending on the season, ensuring comfort no matter the weather. The home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two laundry rooms, and three wine refrigerators, making it the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing in style. For outdoor dining and enjoyment, there is a gas grill, an outdoor kitchen, and two spacious outdoor living areas.
With a total of six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. The bedding configuration includes five king beds, a bunk room with two twins over two queens, two additional twins, and a sleeper sofa, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the loft area. The property also offers parking for up to six vehicles, with garage access and parking restricted to improved surfaces like driveways.

The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. The Vacation Company is not the policy provider. • Cancellation due to Orders, Ordinances, Laws, Rules or Regulations Restricting or Prohibiting Rentals. Reservations are subject to cancellation on the basis of any order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation restricting or prohibiting short-term rentals and which is or has been issued by any governmental entity, including orders of the Governor of the State of South Carolina and/or ordinances adopted by The Town of Hilton Head Island. There are no refunds in the event of any such order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
