With six spacious bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to sixteen guests. Renovated bathrooms feature beautiful tilework and spa-like walk-in showers. A loft-level second living area and mini-kitchen upstairs offer added space and flexibility, while a custom-designed bunk room provides a fun and functional retreat for kids and teens. Entertainment continues with eight TVs, a stationary bike, ping pong, and two foosball tables. The home includes garage access and parking for up to five vehicles and is located near Chaplin Community Park with tennis courts, sports fields, and trails. The Breeze seasonal shuttle stops nearby, making beach access and local adventures a breeze. The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. Spa jets are inactive, but the peaceful setting is perfect for relaxing soaks. Guests enjoy exclusive credit through our partnership with SERG Take Out Kitchen for gourmet meals delivered to the home. For added comfort and ease, the home is stocked with starter laundry and dishwasher packs, starter bathroom amenities, and fresh beach towels, so you can arrive and start enjoying your stay right away.
PROXIMITY TO BEACH • Burkes Beach • 5-Minute Walk to Beach Access • Public Beach Access is located at the end of Burkes Beach Road • The Breeze, the seasonal beach shuttle, runs from April 1st to the end of August. The service runs from 1 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays, reaching each stop approximately every 30 minutes.
HIGHLIGHTS • *Private heated pool and spa (14 ft x 19 ft rectangle)-- The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $300 per week from March through November. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. The Vacation Company is not the policy provider. • Cancellation due to Orders, Ordinances, Laws, Rules or Regulations Restricting or Prohibiting Rentals. Reservations are subject to cancellation on the basis of any order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation restricting or prohibiting short-term rentals and which is or has been issued by any governmental entity, including orders of the Governor of the State of South Carolina and/or ordinances adopted by The Town of Hilton Head Island. There are no refunds in the event of any such order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
