The Vacation Company is not the policy provider. • Cancellation due to Orders, Ordinances, Laws, Rules or Regulations Restricting or Prohibiting Rentals. Reservations are subject to cancellation on the basis of any order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation restricting or prohibiting short-term rentals and which is or has been issued by any governmental entity, including orders of the Governor of the State of South Carolina and/or ordinances adopted by The Town of Hilton Head Island. There are no refunds in the event of any such order, ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
