Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by (Property Management). From the moment you walk through the front door, natural light comes flooding in from the windows. The living room is the perfect place to relax with its comfortable furnishings, large screen TV, and access to the balcony through a glass sliding door located by the dining table. Main level is the living area, dining room, and kitchen. Up three steps are the bedrooms, bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The primary suite has a king bed and a newly renovated ensuite with a walk-in shower. A comfy guest bedroom houses a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessed from the hallway. Key Features: • Anchorage has an incredible pool/spa center that features a charcoal grill, fridge, and TV . It is mere steps from the varied shopping and dining amenities inside Hilton Head Island's most beautiful harbor – Shelter Cove. Pool Season is February - November 1st. • Pets are allowed for an additional charge; please give us a call for details and rates. Rent price includes: Rental Rate, Hospitality Program, Beach Gear Credit, Booking Processing Fees, and Departure Clean. Your Luxury Concierge is included with no additional cost. Shelter Cove Area: Shelter Cove is located mid-island and is convenient for accessing all parts of Hilton Head. However, you may never need to leave as there are so many things to do right outside your door. If water sports interest you, nearby you will find kayak and canoe rentals, fishing boat charters, jet-ski rentals, dolphin and sightseeing cruises, as well as dinner cruises. Rent a bicycle and take advantage of the miles and miles of bike paths that the island has to offer or pedal the short distance to the beach and spend the day in the sand and surf. Spend an afternoon shopping and dining at the many boutiques and restaurants located along the water's edge at the beautifully landscaped marina. You will also have use of the building's private pool, located within the gated grounds. As a guest at Shelter Cove, you will have access to all of the amenities that Palmetto Dunes has to offer such as the beach club, the Dunes House restaurant, 3 world class golf courses and fantastic tennis facilities. The Dunes Buggy is just a phone call away and is a free shuttle service that is available in season to take you anywhere within the Palmetto Dunes area, should you not have a car or choose not to drive. • Trip Preservation –We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement will be subject to the policy terms and conditions. The travel insurance agreement is between Guest and the Policy Provider. Island Time Hilton Head is not the policy provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance Services is the holder.

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Homes
Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

• Storms - There are no refunds in the event of a tropical storm, tropical depression, hurricane, or named storm, and all payments will be forfeited. If Guest has purchased travel insurance, any or all trip reimbursement is between you and the insurance company and will be subject to the policy terms and conditions.
