Night Heron offers privacy while still being close to all the amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. The main floor features a renovated kitchen, living and dining room, primary bedroom/bath and bedroom/bath also located on the main floor - each with a Queen size bed. On the second floor there is a loft which has two twin beds, ideal for kids looking to have there own space. It is accessed by a spiral staircase. The deck features a great view of the lagoon and trees surrounding the cottage, high top table with four chairs and a gas grill. Sea Pines has it all! Three championship golf courses, bike trails, numerous shops & restaurants plus the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse. Walk, Bike or Drive through Sea Pines and you can explore some of the best sights on Hilton Head. The activities include, Lawton Horse Stables, Sea Pines Forest Preserve with 605 acres, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina, and The Sea Pines Beach Club just to name a few. Endless bike trails will take you anywhere you desire within Sea Pines.

To whom it may concern: When you book an anniversary getaway, you expect a stress-free time away to connect and celebrate with your spouse. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during our stay at 62 Night Heron, June 21, 2025___. Our first night there, we went to grill steaks for our anniversary, and the grill was out of gas. Not the best start to our vacation. We were concerned of getting a new tank on a weekend, but there happen to be someone working late at your office who could bring a tank and we were grateful. A day or so later, we saw someone pressure washing our house windows! The noise alone was frustrating, but also workers looking right in our living room window while we were relaxing and visiting! �� Then what was really disturbing is when they started spraying on the roof, we saw chemical-filled water running down the inside wall where our grandbaby was crawling! Getting someone out there to clean up the mess was complicated and the lack of professionalism with the person that was sent left us less than impressed. We were told they would send someone right away to clean up. We waited over 2 hours! When they arrived they didn't bring the necessary supplies with them to clean and they asked to use our supplies in the unit. We would greatly appreciate it if someone reached out to us about our disappointing stay and took the necessary steps to make this right. We expect better when we come to Hilton Head. Could we find somewhere else to stay? Of course. But we've been coming here for the past 39 years to celebrate our anniversary because these units are sentimental -- we honeymooned here! We have pictures of some of these spiders as well as large bugs that were coming through a gap between the ceiling and wall in the spare bedroom, from what we could tell. My son had a large brown bug in his spare bedroom that he swore was a cockroach... I'm going with palmetto bug for my sanity, but it doesn't really matter, they should not be climbing walls and entering through the ceiling. The floors were nasty and I can't even get into what the floor around the bottom of the toilets looked like. I do not forsee us staying here again." We had a drain problem in the master bathroom (which could also use an update) and the sliding glass doors to the porch, while usable were kind of hard to open and the screen was torn so it was not able to be used to keep out bugs. It was not a pristine and perfect rental, but it met the needs for a family for comfortable stay overall."
