Two cushions were missing from the patio chairs. The recliner was very dirty. We had a swarm of bees outside our entrance door and a beekeeper had to come. A pair of pliers had to be used to turn the clothes dryer on. You didn't know which setting you were getting on the dryer. The air vents were nasty. The place has not been maintained over the years. The ocean view and location were great. After talking with the people at the management company, I found out that the condo had not been scheduled for maintenance in approximately 2 years because it had been continuously booked. I'm not sure how much of this is on the management company or on the owner of the unit. The management company did get us a clean comforter and new iron and brought them to the unit.
