Unit was nice and is partially renovated, location is great, but in need of a few updates. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Mattresses should be replaced. Middle bathroom could do with an update as well. One small addition for the unit would be a shower seat for use in the walk in shower. Thankfully our Rental Company provided one for us. I’m handicapped and needed one. Decor is great and LR is nice but recliner should definitely be replaced. We enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous with the pool just a few steps away from the back patio and the beach only a short walk further. Having Coligny Circle and the Tiki Hut right next door was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and thye beach. The only negatives were that the beds were very uncomfortable in all bedsrooms. The mattresses and beddings were of poor quality. We had to have service come and fix the dryer which seems to be near needing replacement. Even with these couple negatives, I would highly recommend the place. It was great.
