a private bath and private balcony.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, private bath and a
flat screen Smart TV for streaming only. The living room
features a Smart TV and a spacious balcony, with comfortable
furnishings - including a new queen sleep sofa.
Enjoy the convenience of being at the beach staying here.
Easy walk to the new Celebration Park or to Coligny Plaza
with over 60 shops & restaurants. A quick walk down the
beach to the Tiki Hut where there is usually live music
during the peak season.

18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over ten years, and we love to stay at Ocean One! It is the perfect location. We love that it's close to the shops, restaurants, and ICE CREAM at Coligny. This was our first time to stay in 222, and it was perfect. We'll definitely be back!"

The condo is in a great location. It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach is a little crowded due to the public beach access and the Tiki Bar. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have quality knives and maybe better mattresses for the twin beds. "

We had an absolutely great time . We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for the last 17 years . We usually stay at shorewood , but wanted to give the sea turtle a try . We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back next September. Only issue with the unit was that the doors did not lock for privacy . "Debby dampened our week
We are not newcomers to HHI, but this was our first stay at Ocean One. This unit is beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We typically choose a unit facing the ocean, but we did not miss it at all, especially since we had several rainy days. Would stay here again. Being able to walk over to Coligny is so convenient.
Ocean One closes the pool at sunset, and the grandkids missed being able to swim at night. Curious as to why, because the music from Tiki Hut can be heard really well so it can’t be a noise issue.
Pool deck is scheduled for replacement and it needs it.
Thus condo is beautiful and we loved it."

We had a great relaxing time at your place! It was so refreshing to come in from the extreme heat to a nice cool air conditioned place. The back balcony was peaceful and quiet, thought I would like the ocean side but it seems very loud and public at all hrs so your place was great! Super clean and updated, very enjoyable.. would recommend to anyone"

We did our annual family 4th of July vacation in Hilton Head. This was our second year staying at this property. We love it this rental!! The location is perfect, close to Coligny Plaza and next door to The Tiki Hut. The unit is spacious and very well maintained. Sea Turtle Get Aways is very good to work with and makes check in and your stay very easy and nice. "

"Better Places to Stay
Pool closed and found out day before. Construction all over and workers everywhere and noisy. Elevator alarm went off for a full day. No extra blankets. Washer sucked. No TV in master bedroom. Very dark, no natural light in condo. No attendant most of the time at the entry. Selena was very helpful and did get some $ back but not near what I should have. Better places to stay and sorry to say that because they have a great location."

We did not have a great experience at Ocean One 222. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and there was only a set of 4 dishes for a 3 bedroom condo. The condo itself was nicely maintained but the building looked old and in need of repair. Our computers were also hacked through the wifi. We called to ask for a change in the wifi password and never heard back from anyone. "

Property was on the ocean as promised, Coligny Plaza was walking distance in which was nice. Condo needs updating in terms of new mattresses, new sofas bc the ones there are very low back & uncomfortable. Needs new dishwasher as it was not working the whole week we were there. Finally they brought us paper goods to use & disposable utensils and cups. "
