Keep in mind that the 3rd floor is VERY warm through the night. It would be fine if it wasn't summer. The lower level is very dated but clean. Access to a private pool, ocean across the street, bike rental within a block either direction, lots of shaded bike paths and Coligny Plaza within a few blocks makes the location ideal.
