Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Courtside 46 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. It’s only about a five minute walk. The unit was very well stocked including several different coffee makers and a variety of Tupperware in addition to most standard kitchen utensils. The unit is older and it is apparent that it hasn’t been kept up as well as it could have over the years but again was still very clean and spacious and great for our party of two adults, a ten year old, and three two year olds. The master bedroom was large enough that I was able to set up three toddler travel cots for my littles. It was easy to walk to the pool from the sliding doors in the back. I did call maintenance about a few broken air return vents and they arrived a bit later and did what they could but were having to order replacement vents. I would definitely stay again. We cooked several meals at the rental. The kitchen was well equipped except there wasn't a large skillet. There was a small skillet but had not been cleaned very well. In fact I think something had been burned in it. The rental otherwise had everything we needed. We would have felt more comfortable if the sliding door had a stick in the bottom to prevent opening it. Just an extra safety feature. We would return again. They need to work on their email reply system. I received numerous emails requesting to the sign the contract and return to them, after I had already done that. I have used Seashore for many years and usually have a good place, but this is a rarity and it was not private in the living room due to the blinds broken.
