The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed. Bedroom 2 is on the main level and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is also on the 2nd floor and has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The roof top pool and hot tub are just outside the entry door of this unit. Unit 406 also offers a wraparound balcony just off the living room which is perfect for a relaxing meal or cool drink. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool where the famous "Pool Bar Jim's" is located. North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage with an elevator, two parking spots, and plenty of luggage carts and bike racks. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center which has dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new Low Country Celebration Park just off Pope Avenue is also just a short walk away. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 401 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road.

Visitor Reviews (20) Write a Review! "Would not stay again Great location however in the 20 yrs we have been coming to HHI and staying at North Shore i would not stay here again. Floors were dirty, the beds were so firm that sleeping was a challenge, every plate/pan pulled from the cabinets was dirty, stains on carpet, overall very dated, sub par appliances. Owners have 3 locked closets one of which is in the bedroom that in theory sleeps 3. Therefore family could not hang up their clothes or store their pak n play. When we inquired w/Seashore vacations staff there was no solution offered, and providing no empathy to the situation. Like we were out of line to expect a closet in a bedroom. Paying ~5k for a week w/these conditions is not something we plan to do again." Directly across from the beach and right next to all the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the fact that the pool is on the 4th floor just steps from the door of the condo. The condo is very spacious, much larger than the pictures display. We rented bikes, which were delivered and at the condo before we arrived. They were a perfect way to get around the island from biking on the beach to exploring several miles on the bike paths. Every bathroom sink needs to be unclogged and the downstairs bedroom shower did not drain. Management company was good, easy to work with, nice and they told us the door lock was replaced and it needs a bit of a shove to open. The cleaners at checkout also came at 9am and attempted to enter the unit without knocking.
