During these times of Covid you would expect cleanliness to be the number one area focused on. That was definitely not the case. The kitchen looked like it does after my 12 year old says he cleaned the kitchen - food markings on the cabinets, walls, and fridege - not filthy or disgusting but just generally not clean. The living area had sand and leftover candy pieces on the floors - can't imagine it was vacuumed. If so, not very diligently. Second bedroom had comforters on it that were surely not washed. Bathrooms were clean so that was good because that would have put me over the top. To their credit, they sent someone asap when I called and they cleaned the kitchen for us to an acceptable level. Similarly, the pool area was not kept up on a daily basis. Furniture was always strewn everywhere and it just looked unkempt and messy all of the time. I'd stay at Courtside again for the location but will be much more wary of doing so for sure.
