Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by (Property Management). This charming Palmetto Dunes home offers expansive golf course views and features multiple living spaces to host large groups with ease. On the main level, the living room offers comfortable seating around the flatscreen TV and fireplace, as well as direct views of and access to the private pool and deck. An open floor plan allows an easy flow to the kitchen, which is fully stocked and has plenty of counterspace to make cooking meals easy. The sun-filled dining area has seating for six, and there are an additional three seats at the kitchen bar. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 can be found on this main level, all with great separation between them for added privacy. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed that can easily be converted to two twin-sized beds upon request, and bedroom 2 features two twin-sized beds that can be converted to a king-sized bed upon request. These bedrooms offer direct access to the pool and deck through the sliding doors. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed along with a flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom as well as walk-in closets! On the second level, find an additional great room that features a second living room, kitchen, and dining area—making this home perfect for large groups or families! The living room offers an amazing golf and lagoon view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make cooking up here just as easy, and there is seating for six at the dining table as well as additional bar seats. Take a few steps out to access bedrooms 4 and 5. These rooms feature king-sized beds that can easily be converted to two twin-sized beds upon request. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Outside, the pool deck will be your favorite place to spend your days! Let rest and relaxation find you as you unwind in the large private pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as multiple pool loungers, or you can jump right in to cool off. Up a few steps to the viewing deck, this deck will provide you with an absolutely stunning view of the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course and lagoons. There is a full bathroom to make your time out here easy, and a full game room downstairs in the garage for even more fun. The beach is only a short walk down the street if you ever want to leave! Key Features: • Proximity to the beach: 5 minute walk • The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. There was a dead rat laying by our pool when we arrived, so not sure if the pool area was even cleaned for our arrival. It just seems for the amount of money, things should've been awesome." The home is a little aged but I would not hesitate to stay here again. It met our needs and provided us with the space we needed and the location was perfect. Bedroom #3 has some plumbing issues and we were not able to use the shower and one of the sinks but there were plenty other bathrooms and showers so don’t dwell on that as I am sure the owners will get those issues resolved. The area is perfect to walk or bike around in (rent the bikes, you will not be disappointed). The beach access is within walking distance. Maybe 3 or 4 houses away. It was perfect as we didn’t have to drive & find parking. The house also has a working elevator. It was so helpful for my elderly father and also for bringing in the groceries. The garage has 2 wagons to help take things to the beach. Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all close by. The management company was good about responding to our needs but keep in mind that sometimes they need to call in professional help (pool companies and professional plumbers) so those might take a little longer. Again, I would not hesitate staying in this property again. Oh, bring your own beach towels or plan on renting some. Pros: *Pool was large and well-maintained. We loved that it was not shaded and had a big pool deck. *Upper deck had a great view over the golf course. *Location right along the lagoon was nice. We used the small deck along the lagoon to set crab traps. *Easy to walk onto the golf course to play a hole or two in the evening. *Plenty of living space, with two living rooms and two kitchens. *Kitchens were well-stocked. *The "hotel-style" rooms on the upper level were nice for family members who wanted to be more private/separated. *Big laundry room off the pool, which has an extra bathroom with shower - super convenient during pool time. *Multiple air-conditioning units kept the whole house nice and cold! *Easy beach access just down the road. Close enough to walk to Coco's via the beach for snacks and drinks. Cons: *House interior is dated and beginning to feel run-down in places. *Showers and bathtubs do not drain well. *Beds are terribly uncomfortable and creaky. Also, many of the king size beds are actually two twin beds pushed together -- great for flexibility with rooming arrangements, but not great for comfort if beds are shared. *Outside needs some better maintenance -- we had a family member stung by wasps that seemed to have hives on the upper level walkway; upper deck and deck furniture was sticky with sap all over; big windows in upstairs living room and in kitchen table area near the pool were noticeably dirty with tree pollen/debris. This house has a ton of potential, but really needs interior work. We will probably look elsewhere for our visit next summer." We called the first floor the senior floor and upstairs the juniors floor. Each group had their own kitchen, living space and even had our own half bath. The kitchens were very well stocked which is always a pleasant surprise. The pool and pool are was amazing. The elevated deck over looking the golf course was a big hit for the golfers in the group. The beach was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful not to over crowded beach. A fantastic beach front bar, Coco's, was just a 100 yd walk down the sand. We also really enjoyed access to the garage where we could leave all our beach gear. A lot of our stays you don't have that access. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes every time but once because the locations and golf courses are great. Thanks for a fantastic stay. We were able to get the whole family together and enjoy a relaxing vacation despite the state of the global pandemic. Having such a large pool all to ourselves was a game changer that really made our vacation easy and safe since we didnt have to share with strangers. We also loved having breakfast and morning coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course each day. There are so many nooks to hang out in at this house, making it easy for us all to spread out and relax without having to leave much. The beach access point was 5 min walking and the house had a buggy that we could use to transport all our things each day - as well as games and pool toys that really came in handy. We hope to rent again next year. A couple notes - the staff was incredible. We had an issue with our pass situation and they were friendly and immediately helpful. the shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms wasnt giving enough pressure, but this was easily fixed by having those guests shower in the extra bathroom off the pool. the outside stairs are a little wonky - wouldn't take much to update, but was certainly not a deal breaker. all in all we loved our time and will be looking forward to next year! Location- right on the lagoon, beautiful view and for fishing and kayaking. Location- a few minute walk across the golf course to coco’s on the beach for excellent rum drinks and ambiance. The pool has an outside bathroom in the laundry room, so very convent. The decors awesome Italian. The pool is huge compared to all the rest of the palmetto dunes homes. The only negative was it was green when we arrived and took 8 calls and 5 days to get it corrected. That aside I give this place top shelf designation.
