This oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps a family of 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and two twins in bedroom 2. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 217 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This two bedroom oceanfront condo features a walk-in shower in the guest bedroom area and a tub/shower combination in the master. After hours in the surf, vacationers can use the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This property has a spacious kitchen and outstanding views that make Ocean One 217 an excellent vacation choice. As with our other properties this condo is "non-smoking".

"Great week In Hilton Head Great Week at Hilton Head" Jun 08, 2025 - , Canton, OH "Family Vacation The location of this property is great because it’s very close walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We’ve been visiting HHI for many years and love spending a week every summer with the family. However, we were disappointed with the condition of this condo. The condo was not very clean. There were dust webs along the ceiling in the bedrooms, hair found on the bathroom floors, etc. The condo is in desperate need of upgrades and renovations. The decorations appear to be extremely outdated from the wallpaper, bedding, and furniture. We found at least 5 of the outlets in the condo were not operational and created challenges since half of these were in the bedrooms. The kitchen should be more stocked with cooking essentials such as baking sheets, better quality cooking pans, etc. In addition, the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced because it sprays water when in use. The shower in the master bedroom is horrible. The water pressure is almost painful as the showerhead cannot be adjusted, shower curtain is too long, and the tub does not drain well. The amount vacationers pay to rent this condo makes it unreasonable as to why the property is not better kept and updated. However, everything on the balcony had a thick cover of pollen on them that to be cleaned before we could use them. Kids really like Ocean One coligny plaza and frost frog-so did I.The only thing the kids had an issue with was the TV. Something to do with Technology and how they can watch movies.
