Courtside 95 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two twins and a double in bedroom 2, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Checkin was easy and it was fairly close to the beach. The pools were nice but the pool area was not well maintained. Pool trash cans were overflowing and not emptied for days. Fenced in small area below condo where trash can is kept had what looked like a broken wagon with trash and chairs inside it. Not sure if that was trash or stuff available for us to use. This location is amazing as a biking family we can get almost anywhere we want (including the beach) on bike! Beach was about a mile away. Great location! A friend recommended contacting Buddy at Seashore Vacations. Buddy was able to offer us 3 properties and 95 Courtside was a frantic effort to salvage our beach vacation. The property was located on the 2nd floor making it difficult to access for our special needs child for entry to home & pool. Also with construction underway for the lagoons that surrounded the pool it difficult to get to the pool easily. We found the home clean, cozy and maintained and ultimately salvaged our vacation.
