18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

The driveway was difficult to use as it was narrow and hard to navigate out of. Rented chairs and umbrellas from property management and that wasn’t the best service. Most of the common areas, and some of the bedrooms, have been nicely renovated, and the cleaning crew did a great job. Otherwise, expect old carpeting in the bedrooms, a leaky, smelly garage, an exterior way overdue for maintenance and pool coping that has chunks missing. The management company, Sea Turtle Getaways, Selena and Dakota, were wonderful to work with- very responsive, prior to and durning our trip!" Our vacation home was very nice overall but had a couple of needed updates. The carpet in the bedrooms was stained and appeared dirty. I’m sure the cleaning staff ran the vacuum but the stains were beyond what would be acceptable looking wear. The outdoor furniture could use an update or refresh, around the pool. The beds were not comfortable. Other than that, the home had been updated and was well equipped for most any kitchen gadget we needed. And it had nice decor and furnishings. The location was awesome and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Overall, a good stay.
