18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

The property management was very helpful and made renting bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas incredibly convenient—everything was delivered right to the condo. While the condo itself is slightly run down, it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fantastic location, beautiful beach views, and excellent service more than made up for the minor wear and tear. We would definitely consider staying here again!" The condo had a musty smell upon entering the unit, but I found where the furnace filters were located and noticed the last time it was changed was 3 months ago. Smell got much better once I changed the filter. The living room furniture was a bit dated/dirty looking. Second bedroom has two single beds, so a bit small for our teenagers but would be perfect for the little ones. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking meals. I sold it when it became too complicated and difficult to book my desired time or villa. An excellent choice as I found this condo with same ocean view as the two are within quarter mile on same road. Price very reasonable. My daughter and family came with me and had a good experience likewise. I would recommend a recycle bin as I felt guilty dumping all into a garbage chute. Also ceiling fans would be great.
