I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the beach. The den furniture was not very comfy for lounging but the beds were great! We didn’t spend too much time inside. The walk across the street to Coligny Plaza was perfect for a quick shopping trip or take out. The grocery store in Coligny Plaza was a blessing. The walk to the beach was short too. Everything is close so you can park your vehicle for the week if you want. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back! There is a Keurig machine the makes a pot AND can brew one cup at a time with K-cups. (THANK YOU) I was glad to have a washer and dryer, the dryer needs a little repair on the door but nothing major, it works, we only needed it once. There are plenty dishes and pots in the kitchen for all your needs. There were plenty of starter pods for the dishwasher and soap for dishes. They give you enough bath towels for the week, depending on how many you have staying. There are also puzzles and a few games for those that like to stay busy. Overall, I highly recommend this rental. I will be back. Thank you to the owners! You can walk to restaurants, stores, and the grocery. It was a sweltering hot August week and there is no ocean breeze on this side of the building so sitting outside on the patio wasn’t really an option, but the sun rises were nice before it got too hot. We like to cook and the condo could use some good pots with lids as well as a Keurig. Most places we stay have a selection of spices and basics in the condo to get you started but this one did not. You need to buy or bring everything you want starting with salt and pepper. The drains need cleaned. They were slow in the tubs and one sink in each bathroom. I re-cleaned everything when we arrived. I am particular. It was your typical rental clean. Bathrooms sprayed and rinsed, floors swiffered and counters wiped The air filters were clogged and need changed. Overall it was a nice rental. We saw turtles and an alligator swimming by. Skull Creek is a great place to visit for the view and even more for the great seafood. We drove up to Harbor Town Lighthouse the day we left. Not very clean, bedding shredded, eating utensils had rust on them, the patio table is so rusted I put a sheet over it so we could use it. Unit needs a little TLC" Feb 14, 2019 - John C., Kings Mills, OH "A week of repairs Sunday: dishwasher won't close, washing machine won't spin out the water and clothes dryer will not dry. Monday: repairs made to dishwasher, washing machine is dead and needs replaced, dryer is old and on its last legs but will work as long as clothes are not too wet or too big of a load. Tuesday: toilet in bathroom off the living room stops working...repairs made promptly, new washing machine arrives. Wednesday night: water begins pooling on the floor in the hall and dripping from vent in master bedroom. Thursday: building maintenance shows up as water is also in units in 3rd and 4th floor under this one. Air conditioning pipe is clogged and has to be cleaned. After several visits by maintenance repairs are made. Friday: no issues thank goodness Saturday: garbage disposal stops working. General cleanliness of kitchen and bathrooms is poor. All the walls and cupboards in the kitchen need scrubbed as does the plastic protector on the island wall. Toilets in need cleaned ALL OVER and around the base. Hairdryer in master bedroom did not work and glass top coffee table in living room was missing the glass top. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit (2011, 2012 and 2015) and it has definitely gone down hill. Would like to see comforters replaced as well as the carpet as there were multiple stains. On the positive side, the location is great, the views from the balcony are great and the pools/pool bar are great. The staff at Seashore Vacations was very helpful and quickly responded to all of our problems. I would have liked to have received a call from someone at Seashore apologizing for all the problems we had and possibly offering us some money back for all the inconviences of having multiple repairmen in the unit during the week. I could not recommend this property to a friend unless I had been advised what repairs had been made recently and if any changes had been made to the unit." Big bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with double, walk-in closets, walk in showers and garden tubs in the bathrooms. Balconies off 2 of the bedrooms was nice, furnishings were fine. The kitchen area very small but we didn't oook, just made coffee so it was more than adequate. The deck furniture is showing some age and the table should be refinished but we had plenty of room and some privacy too. The unit is not the newest, no granite countertops and the bathroom counters and toilets were your basic white but it was great, we enjoyed it and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. The pools and landscaping around the Seacrest were lovely, even a little pool bar and the beach, well it's the beach nothing can be wrong with that!"
