This bright and airy two-level condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake. The dining room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed with comfy chairs and a large wall-mounted television. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed and comfy chair. Bedroom 2 is located on the main level and has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has 2 queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The wraparound balcony is a perfect place to share a meal, with a table and chairs for four. There are also two comfortable rocking chairs. The roof top pool and jacuzzi are located just outside the front door. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool and easy access to the famous "Pool Bar Jim's". North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage with an elevator, two parking spots, and plenty of luggage carts and bike racks. The owners have provided a Pack n Play and Baby Gates for guests to use if needed. Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, with dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue is also a short walk away. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 406 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road.

The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars for our stay and the property condition is because the hot tub was closed due to a leak. Otherwise, the property was great!" The Queen bed dipped in the middle and the guests kept sliding to the middle of the bed throughout the night. The twin beds were just uncomfortable." It definitely needs some deep cleaning and in the kitchen the bottom of the cupboards were broke and just laying there. It could use some plastic cups for kids and a little disorganized. The front door needs a latch inside on the top. We have a 19 month old and she was able to open the door. Unable to lock from the inside. Dryer took so long to dry our towels at least 4 cycles of 60 min. One night there were some teenagers at the pool after 10 which didn’t bothere us but they were laying all over each other on the loungers . I went out and said the pool close at 10 and did they stay there and the one said yes but wasn’t sure what villa and one of the girls said 201. There was a disturbing incident but do not want to put on here. I was going to call seashore but they left and did not come back. I was surprised that I never seen any security there or at seacrest. I would definitely still rent through seashore vacations but not sure if I would rent 401. Are stay was pleasant. Just a few things need fixing. Love the location and a plus being by the pool. If you like the Coligny area of HHI, you can't beat the location of this condo. The condo itself was plenty big for 6 adults and 3 children. Parking was good. The walk to the beach was very short, literally a couple of minutes. But this condo needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, not just sand but leftover food from previous guests. The carpet in the bedrooms had not been swept before we arrived. The ice maker was broken (it was repaired while we were there), and the dryer took hours to dry a standard load of clothes. Also note this condo it next to the pool area - which is great for small kids but not so great at 11:00 p.m.(and later) when people are in the hot tub with no respect to the closing time of 10:00 p.m. for the pool and hot tub. BUT, if the condo were cleaned properly, we would definitely stay here again because the positives outweigh the negatives. Oh, and having a few nice restaurants right across the street so you don't have to drive was also great." We actually sat on balcony and listened to music at night! We have stayed in this unit before and did not have a good experience with the past rental company but wanted to try it again due to the wonderful location. While the rental company was fine, nothing had been changed in the condo in over two years. The condo is spacious enough but we were disappointed in several things. First- they told us when we checked in the AC was working and not controlled by the owner, which we had issues with last time. We had the first floor thermostat set on 68-70 the entire time- it had to be at least 74-75 in there but it flashed 68 the entire stay. The upstairs thermostat was set at 70 but it ranged (and flashed) from 72 -77 daily. There was no filter in the return. The beds were rough on our last visit and still the same. The king bed is completely sunk in and the full size bed in the guest room wakes you up every time you move because the springs are completely worn. The sink in the upstairs guest bathroom did not drain well. Also, the toilet paper roll was about to fall off the wall. The remote controls all needed the batteries replaced when we arrived. The downstairs bedroom is so dimly lit you could barely see anything. The handle to the back porch was almost falling out of the door. You could barely get in and out of the door which was an inconvenience as well. It REALLY needs a deep cleaning and mattress overhaul at the very least. The AC needs to be addressed as well. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with cookware and dishes and located in the best possible place you would want to be. The pool and hot tub were just great. I highly recommend this condo as a place to stay. I will certainly book it again when I get back to Hilton Head. The beach is only about a 1-2 block walk. The shopping plaza is right next door with great shops, grocery store, and good restaurants. Awesome place to stay and the management company, Seashore Vacations, was so great to work with.
