Visitor Reviews (18) Write a Review! "Well equipped and cute condo We arrived to the condo when it was a rainy week. We were excited to find the kitchen was well equipped with all of the items we needed for cooking! The condo is decorated nicely and offers many extras. The condo itself is amazing. I would suggest a new rental/cleaning company!!! We arrived and it was clean on the surface. There were many issues from fruit flies in the fridge, dog hair in all corners and under furniture, dirty pantry with food crumbs, etc. Then we noticed some unwanted things and reached out to the rental company expecting a return message on Monday and never got a reply. The beautiful furniture on the deck had the pillows tossed everywhere, soaking wet. The grill cover was full of debris and water on the ground and the grill soaked. It is awful to see such nice amenities offered and the rental company is not taking care of them. Again, we loved our week in the condo. Jul 13, 2025 - Randy S., Bridgeport, WV "Rodents While the location and proximity to the beach is great, we had several issues that put a damper on our stay. When we arrived we noticed a musty wet dog smell throughout the downstairs that would not go away throughout or stay. The morning after our arrival, we awoke to find evidence of rodents in the unit. There were droppings throughout the downstairs and food that had been eaten behind a chair in the front room. We contacted the rental agency immediately and were told that the trap under the unit likely needed to be rebaited. We stopped by the office to discuss the issue and were told they would send someone out and asked us if we wanted housekeeping to reclean the unit. We showed them pictures and pointed out that there was a hole under the vanity in the downstairs bathroom that was likely an entry point. The next morning there was once again evidence of rodents in the front room. When we opened the curtains in the front room, we discovered what appeared to be chocolate candy and empty chip bags left be a previous renter. On the evening of our last day, someone from the office showed up to address the holes in the bathroom. We pointed out the food that was left and were told they never had problems with rodents before. We found this odd because there are devices plugged in throughout the upstairs and downstairs that when researched, appear to be pest deterrents. Overall, cleanliness is lacking and how the rental agency responded to this issue left a lot to be desired. We were notified the week of our trip that there was a problem with 125, and we were being moved to 209. The house was comfortable, but we were expecting to be closer to the pool and beach, which is why we chose 125 in the first place. This property was as far back as you could get on Beachwalk. We ended up having to drive to the beach because it was too far to lug all of our chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Deck was very small and super cluttered - we couldn't sit out there if we wanted to because it was so overcrowded with furniture and tables and stuff. There were just a few things the I want to mention are the sky lights in the master were quite bright I wish there was a way to keep the room dark.
