18.) CANCELLATION POLICY- For a refund of moneys, cancellation must be in writing and received 91 days prior to your arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 10% of the rental rate. Cancellations within 46-90 days will result in the loss of the 40% deposit unless we are able to re-rent the Dwelling for the same rate and time period. No refunds will be made for cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival unless the Dwelling is re-rented for the same rate and time period. If the Dwelling is re-rented, then a 10% cancellation fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing the optional travel insurance.

One trash bag in the condo and no salt and pepper. They finally brought a couple of bags over after multiple exchanges and them telling me that their 7 different cleaning crews "starter kit" includes one bag and the salt and pepper were oversights on their part. One trash bag means everyone buys their own while there and either uses them all, or takes them home with them OR the cleaning company takes them and uses them as their "starter kits" (I'm guessing third option). I bought trash bags (and S&P) before the mgmt company finally brought some over and I left them there for the next guest. Kinda how its supposed to work. We also left the laundry detergent we purchased for the next guests to use, assuming the crews left it. Pool was nice and had a ton of space around it. Only thing that I did not like was I never received a call telling us the condo was ready as the packet I received told us they would. I know they need time to clean the place as there was a 10:00 checkout and 4:00 check in but we came in on a Monday and it did not look like it was rented the day before we came. Would have been nice to get in there earlier and that is a huge selling point too as most people are getting on the island before 4:00. The master bedroom had beautifu views of the garden with the ocean. The other bedroom was perfect for our three girls with a twin bed and a queen bed. This unti is listed as a first floor but keep in mind that it is above the "ground" level which is a garage, so you do have to go up a flight of stairs. The property is very well maintained. The pool is the perfect size. We all enjoyed the hottub. And the walk to the beach is pretty and clean. Don't forget to bring beach towels and beach chairs because they are not provided in this condo. We also brought a fold up wagon that was helpful in bringing all our chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. This condo is very close to Coligny Plaza which has a lot of shops and resturants within walking distance. We ate at a different place everynight!
