The deck features a fantastic view of the lagoon and trees surrounding the cottage. Take advantage of all that Sea Pines has to offer! the beach is only a 5 minute walk, 3 championship golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links - site of the PGA's RBC Heritage Golf Classic. In addition there bike trails, shops & restaurants plus the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse. Walk, Bike or Drive through Sea Pines and you can explore some of the best sights on Hilton Head. The activities include, Lawton Horse Stables, Sea Pines Forest Preserve with over 600 acres, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina, and The Sea Pines Beach Club just to name a few. The vacation rental location is great...near Coligny Plaza; the pool steps away and directly across from the rental. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Just remember to bring your beach cart to carry all of your beach items. The inside of the rental had everything that we needed. Renters should bring extra pillow cases in case they want to use the extra pillows provided. Renter may also want to bring an extra blanket or two, however extra blankets are provided. Sheets were provided and clean, however I did notice a stain on a sheet when we arrived. Beyond the above, my only major concern during my stay had to do with see a few bugs in the property. We saw a few roaches crawling throughout the property. Not a lot, but enough to be concerned about them getting into our luggage and items. My recommendation for the mgmt company would be to exterminate before the next renters take possession. You certainly don't want to bring any extra company home with you. Its right across from the pool so you can keep up with your kids fairly easy. Location to the beach is perfect. We love that about this location. Watch out for the alligators.
